Very nice hotel! More to offer than I was able to take advantage of. Location ws convenient to the event i was attending. Disappointing that complementary breakfast is not included, but they do offer breakfast for a price! Other hotels offer breakfast and have lower room rates, and they are less than 10 minutes away!

Our room was quiet and provided everything we needed. However there were a couple of maintenance issues we had to turn in as we left but nothing that hampered our stay. You could dine in if you so desired but lots of good restaurants around close.

We had a complicated reservation and the attendant behind the desk on Thursday night was excellent and patient. For my family checking in on Friday, a different attendant was rude and not helpful. There was also a yappy dog that barked A LOT. I didn’t realize this 3 star hotel allowed dogs. I told the front desk about the dog, but obviously they didn’t do anything about it. I stay here once or twice a year. I’m going to pick somewhere else in town. I feel like this hotel isn’t the standard it used to be.

Absolutely Disgusting
For $120 a night, I expected basic cleanliness, but instead, I pulled back the comforter to find the sheets covered in small black hairs—not just a few, but 20+ hairs all over the entire king-size bed. Completely unacceptable. We had to sleep on top of the comforter, and thankfully, we brought a small blanket for my daughter and I to share. The rest of the room isn’t much better—dirty and clearly not up to Hilton standards. I’ve never been this disgusted at a Hilton property. This is NOT Hilton quality, especially for the price.

Great location.. I have stayed here same 3 days for the last five years. This is the worst and last time. I stay here... Almost $700.00 for a single room booked 2 months in advance and they did not include breakfast this year.. They have always included breakfast in the past five years. Service was sub par. I witnessed Lisa evening manager snap at a couple checking in the night before.. They had an issue with their card and were switching cards.. she told them to hurry up or leave... I asked for a towel and wash cloth and she told me since I had asked for no cleaning service while I was here, I had to make do with what I had in my room. So I showered with dirty towels... not a good stay.. will not be back, holiday inn offers free breakfast for guests, towels and with a whole lot less abuse...

Don’t be deceived by the pictures. So I would like to just make everyone aware that the Hilton in Bartlesville, across from hideaway pizza has a bed bug infestation. Just trying to make you guys aware. I literally woke up at 1 am in pain. The original staff was helpful and accommodating. The manager was not. I have never met someone so rude. She hung up on me. Currently speaking to corporate who stated that they did not even escalate the situation. That’s great Hilton. That’s great. Keep up the GREAT WORK.
These are the bugs that were in our room. BEWARE!!!

Positive: My shower head was completely clogged and when I asked for them to replace it, they did it right away! Highly impressed! I loved their Christmas decor! It felt very homey there! Negative: I don?t like the fact that we had to pay for the breakfast. It should be included like most hotels do.

Since we had stayed there before we were expecting more than what we got this past weekend. The hotel room was clean, the lobby was clean, but there was hardly anything put out for the breakfast we had paid extra for. There was one pot of regular coffee - no decaf - that wasn't even hot. There were a few small pastries and some yogurt, but it was nothing like we've enjoyed in the past. Not sure what was going on there. No bar the night before either.
