Not a very quiet place. My husband & I were traveling & looking forward to a nice quiet place to sleep. There was a private party going on in there outdoor patio when we got there around 9:30 p.m. The desk clerk said the party would be ending soon, which wasn't the case. They put us above the party & they continued to party & get louder & louder. We called & complained around 11:00 p.m & the desk clerk said he'd tell them to be quiet, but that didn't happen. It was around 11:30 p.m that my husband got up & got dressed & went downstairs to ask if we could have another room far away from the party. It's very unfortunate that this happened, since we enjoy staying at the Hilton Motels.

Nothing but good things to say! I stay here every time I’m in town now. This trip stood out: Devin at the front desk was welcoming when I checked in, great smile and service. Friendly and just a lovely person. Breakfast was delicious and the waiter went the extra mile. Thank you all!

Comforts of home while you are on the road? Here's the place! Pillows are great and the beds are so comfy! Dinning area is small, but cozy. Same with the bar. Overall this is a great place. If you find yourself in Bakersfield California needing a great place to stay, this is it!

My husband and I stayed at this property on a recent trip from our home in the San Francisco area to Las Vegas and then again on our trip home. The hotel room was clean and the staff was very nice. Upon arriving home I realized I had left the charging cord for the controller for my insulin pump in the bedside USB port. I called the hotel and the front desk person took my information as the housekeeping manager, Diana Sanchez, had left for the day. The next day Diana called to let me know they had my cord and instructed be to email the Assistant General Manager, Jeremiah Johnson, with my contact information so they could mail it back to me. The cord arrived today and I am so grateful for this wonderful customer service!

Rooms were super clean and fresh! Beds were very comfortable. My family had a good stay! Breakfast was not included for all customers as part of the booking which is weird, not sure why Hilton would have different policies at different locations!

Just a little post holiday reconnect with my husband. We intentionally chose this location because we heard about the food. The room was great. Everything was clean. Staff was great. But as I said we wanted to try the food. Chef Rob Castro. My husband is very finicky when it comes to his meals. And he was raving over his steak. He said for the first time I didn’t have to send it back, it was actually cooked right and taste great.

We arrived and the very unfriendly lady checked us in the hotel attendant helped us. We found out that if you’re not a gold silver or whatever member you have to pay two dollars for a bottled water which I think is uncalled for. So if you’re booking through Expedia or any other third-party, you don’t get any water for free so bring your own water. The pillows need to be replaced, they’re so old. The comforter also needs to be replaced it is very itchy, and old maybe be be a little bit more friendly and let everybody have two bottles free in the future, especially when there are issues with water in Bakersfield. The lady, who was there at the checkout was actually nice.

This is a great hotel. Our room was very clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Our room had a sofa and it is equally comfortable. The breakfast food is decent but a little pricey for what it is. The dinners are very good and Chef Robert is awesome! His tacos and salsa are fabulous! The bartender/hostess Amber is so sweet! Stephanie was an angel for helping me with my laundry dilemma! Everybody I’ve come across here has been great and very friendly! We will definitely stay here on our next trip through Bakersfield.
