Jessi, Kasey and Sheila at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable (always get a great sleep).
Rebecca in the Garden Grille is fabulous…friendly and bubbly personality. We stayed
2 nights in October 2024 and when we returned 6 months later she recognized us immediately!
She remembered where we were from and the conversations we had 6 months ago! She is definitely an asset to the Hilton Care Team and we will be back again!!

Stayed here for 2 weeks, absolutely loved it. All staff was always kind, answered all my questions and helped me out. Bartender was very friendly, drinks were good. Coffee available 24/7 was so deeply appreciated. They have a cool little gym, laundry room, even a pantry to purchase toiletries, sunscreen, snacks and drinks. They checked in with me periodically to see if they could assist with anything and they came through every time. I enjoyed hanging out in the lounge areas by the lobby, very cozy and warm.

I was put to ease as soon as I pulled into the well-lit parking lot. When I stepped inside, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. This is a beautiful, clean, well-maintained hotel that we will definitely book again. --Ardmore's best place to stay for a comfortable and quiet sleep. This location meets the needs for business, families, and couples' travel.

Our recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ardmore was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The fitness room was equipped with a variety of machines. Only negative comment I could make was that the price of the breakfast buffet was rather expensive and we would have liked to have had an option to choose fruit and yogurt or a pastry for a reasonable price. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Great place to stay while in Ardmore. Pet friendly, hot tub, and clean comfy rooms. Large group of boys there for baseball, but all quiet.
Did not get breakfast. Will stay here again if in the area.

Very clean, nice and well kept. Bed was incredible and front staff very friendly. Arrived late on Thursday evening, the front desk clerk had my reso pulled up and ready for me. Only issue is that the TV stations kept fading in and out while I was trying to watch the NCAA tourney.

First night had great service. Went above and beyond. In the morning though it changed. Had to wait for the server to come back in from the patio and then chat with front desk clerk before I could pay for a very mediocre breakfast. Shower was out of shampoo and lotion was empty. I expect a bit more from the Hilton chain. Don’t recommend this specific location

This hotel ripped my wife and I off. Came and dropped off a $30.00 bill for what is a “complimentary breakfast” at all other hotels. I guess they thought the fake eggs, gas station sausage patty should be charged as an actual breakfast at a nice cafe.||When I told the lady she can’t charge me 30 dollars for junk food she just gave me a dumb stare and walked off.
