I have enjoyed my stay here tremendously. Our server Jabriel was amazing. The bed was awesome and I slept like a baby. Definitely 5 stars!! We had supper at the Grill House and felt right at home. Our server there was Chi and she was the best. The catfish fillet was so good. I haven't lived here in 25 years and all these people made my stay one to remember.

We arrived for a robotics competition and enjoyed our stay. Marques did a wonderful job as the chef. The food was delicious and hot. The kids all enjoyed it. The food exceeded our expectations and definitely made us want to book here again. I highly recommend this hotel and this young man.

Hotel staff was very helpful. Marques, Justina, and Stephanie gave us outstanding service in the breakfast area. Marques explained the food options thoroughly. The breakfast was delicious. Special shout out to his grits and gravy! Justina was super attentive and made sure we enjoyed our meal. They definitely surpassed our expectations.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Hilton in Albany, GA.! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. All staff had smiles on their faces and seemed genuinely happy. The food was also amazing! I will never turn down southern cooking, so I ordered the sausage and biscuits which did not disappoint! I have seldom seen a true representation of southern hospitality, but this one definitely makes you feel like part of the family!

I would like to start off by saying all staff members made my coworker and myself feel right at home. Sandra at the front desk was very attentive to our needs. Every time coming or leaving Sandra made sure our stay was going excellent. She was our local guide. But most of all she was down to earth and that means to out of state visitors.

Property is aged, but going through a needed renovation. ||||The stars here are the people! Lorenzo, Ms Ann , Kia, and the rest of the staff are friendly and service driven. Marques is the cheif and is very, very good (the grits are amazing). ||||A special shout out to Tony the resturant manager...his positive, can do, smile and energy are top shelf. He is passionate about his job, i observed him directing, coaching, supporting both the internal and external customers. His 'no problem' approach and his smile are contagious...as a lifetime diamond customer, Tony and the entire team at Albany HGI are the best inhave visited.

Despite the construction, the property remained well-maintained and inviting, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

However, what truly set this stay apart was the incredible service and dining experience at the hotel’s small restaurant. While the menu was simple, every dish was executed to perfection by Chef Tellis, whose talent and passion for cooking were evident in every bite. His warm, welcoming personality made the meal even more enjoyable—this is a chef who deserves his own restaurant! Having dined at countless hotel restaurants, I can confidently say that this one ranks among the best.

Adding to the five-star experience was Ann, the evening server, who provided outstanding service that made the night feel like a true luxury dining experience. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and warm demeanor elevated the meal beyond expectations.

If you’re visiting Albany, GA, the Hilton Garden Inn is an excellent choice—not just for its comfortable accommodations but also for the unexpected culinary gem hidden inside. I will absolutely be returning!

One of the most helpful professional and welcoming staff I have ever had at any hotel Sandy up front and Tony in the food area along with the rest of the staff doing an amazing job job. Very clean and the food is amazing the prepaid breakfast is well worth the money I will definitely stay here again in the future
