Hotel itself is nice. The staff here is very respectful and courteous. The restaurant has a nice menu and good food. The reason I ran this slower is because I couldn’t sleep in my room because of the blinds. If you have a room that faces the street, street lights get in to your room at night and on your face making it difficult to sleep. You can’t do anything about it because the curtains the hotel has are so thin it doesn’t help anything and they have thicker stuff around the windows, but you can’t move that to block the light. Hilton rewards member that will be looking for a different Hilton next time I’m in town.

Little issue at checkin with rooms not being ready after 3PM and an inexperienced person at front desk who made a mistake when checking us in. Manager called us when we got up to the room and needed us to come back to desk to capture cc information again and apologized for inconvenience and gave us tickets for their bar/restaurant for free drinks or appetizers which was very nice of him. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the shower!!! Only complaint is bed isn’t all that comfortable and the pillows pancaked flat after a short time of laying our heads on them. Asked if we’d stay here again, yes. We’d probably bring our OWN pillows next time tho!

Shout out to Liz Chastain. She saved me and took the time to provide real customer service to me when I forgot my work bag with my computer and presentation!

Kitchen staff were kind and attentive. Pool was cool and exercise areas was okay too. I would definitely go back!

The staff were lovely and the location was great. The room, however was absolutely disgusting. My first room had black mold growing in the base of the shower, part of the arm of the desk chair ripped off, the side tables covered in chunky black gunk.

I was moved to a different room across the hall when asked. However, that room was only slightly better. Again, the shower was dirty (in the exact same place as the previous room) and the night stand was covered in a mystery chunky white substance.

I slept in this room only because I was exhausted from my travels, but honestly, I wanted to crawl out of my skin. If I didn’t have to stay here due to a business trip, I wouldn’t stay here for the next 2 days.

Housekeeping needs a MAJOR upgrade.

Here in Akron attending Nursing School and I must say ... THE BEST customer service I've ever received. Ran into a problem with check in and had my 9 year old son with me. Thomas provided SUPERB customer service to try and accommodate us and went above and beyond. He makes customers feel welcome and I can tell he truly cares about people. He has a heart and integrity, two things I like to live by myself! This is also the MOST BEAUTIFUL Hotel and most GRAND ENTRANCE I've ever seen while traveling. The atmosphere was amazing. I didn't get the Lady's name working with Thomas tonight however, she was very kind and welcoming as well!! Although we didn't stay , I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm So Grateful & God Bless Thomas and the Lady working with him. ||Once I return to Nursing School in March I plan to treat myself and this is the ONLY place I'll spend my money. Thank you both again so much 💜

Thomas checked me in. He was so welcoming and warm and accommodated my request. I sat at the bar and Ashley took great care of me as well. The flaming shrimp appetizer was delicious and the steak was great. My room is comfy cozy and clean. Good location. I recommend highly.

The rooms were ok but service not so great. I was over charged on my card thn when I went to speak to manager he didn't own up. He told me thy dnt do refunds I would hv to dispute it with bank. He should've offered a free room or half off one. We wnt be going back
