Very clean, well equipped rooms, best value option in the area. Perfect for single business traveler. New ownership/management is a major improvement. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else (at this price point) in the area. Very convenient to EB/sub base

The beds are like plastic. You can hear it everytime you move.
Owner yelled at us for making noise at 10 am!
Was cheap enough and a good proximity for what we needed but is rather spring the extra next time

hotel is not family with kids friendly.
Walls are very thin and one can hear simple conversations. My 13yo had to listen to loud “adult” bedroom activities for hours. Left in the middle of night and booked another branded hotel near by.
In a good note: the rooms are very simple and clean.

Hotel was clean and the room I was in seemed to be all new. The beds do have plastic mattress protectors but that didn't bother me at all..I was there for nye amd it was a great experience.

Booked a room here last minute on a Friday night. Rates (mind you, this was a weekend) were EXTREMELY reasonable. Check in was a breeze; no deposit or payment due until arrival. The Gentleman at the front desk was so polite and kind; He answered all of my questions and was more than willing to accommodate as much as he could. The room was very clean; plenty of towels, extremely clean standard size fridge, comfortable beds, air/heat worked wonderfully. We did not utilize the TV, however the WiFi worked just fine. The atmosphere was quiet and very easy to fall asleep. There was also a wet bar, and ice machine down the hall. Hot coffee was served in the morning from 6-11am (I believe). I personally had a wonderful experience and would most definitely stay again.

I booked a room here to save me from having to drive an hour and a half back and forth to Mohegan Sun three days in a row. A quick 20 minute drive drive is way more preferable.

The price was VERY affordable, actually ended being cheaper than what I was quoted for when I reserved my room.

I checked in with no problems, got to my room, and it was fine. It's a hotel room. Nothing fancy. Actually to be honest, it was kind of fancy because most of the hotels I go to don't have refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. Great way to keep the bottled waters in the trunk of my car chilled.

There was a TV in the room, I didn't use it though. Wifi worked, I was able to stream a couple episodes of some TV shows before I went to sleep. The bed was comfortable enough for a few nights stay, not like my home one, but from my experience, they never are.

Shower worked fine, was warm. No shampoos, conditioners or a hair dryer like you get at most places (but maybe they have them if you ask, I didn't as I didn't need them).

AC worked great. Room was cool.

I did 4 stars on service, because I didn't ask for it, so I can't really say whether or not it's good, but they came out to the front desk shortly after you showed up there, so I'd assume they'd be accommodating to you if you asked. I did see someone requesting extra towels and they obliged.

Parking was fine, straight shot right into the place from the lot.

If I ever do the casino 3 days in a row again, I'd stay again without question.

It was great experience to live at this Motel! It was cleaned and at one point They take care of my room as I requested and immediately they provided the service. I would recommend this motel for your staying for at least
1-2 days 😊👍🏼
