Great rooms but the recreational areas need a lot of improvement. The playground areas do not have any swings nor are gated for children's safety. As it comes to accessibility, the Activity Center/Pool area in Registration does NOT have a ramp on the back side or any accessible area for wheelchairs. I wish there were more areas for sensory needs and to provide a wonderful experience for EVERYONE.

My wife and I had previously been here for a vacation and had a great time. This time we brought the kids. We had so much fun! There is so much to do within a close distance. We even spent a day at the resort. Our rooms were very nice and updated from our last visit. The service was great and checking in far exceeded our expectations, thank you Lisa!

This is an amazing resort to get away in TX. I like to recognize Carol from Activities Center for being an amazing host and keeping folks engaged. She also hosted bingo in the afternoon and really went above and beyond to make sure people were entertained.

We were staying at a time share. It is an hour away from San Antonio, a half hour from San Marcos, and an hour from Fredericksburg. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean but not that clean. It's probably due to the season not really being started. Like the room sat empty for a while.

Feel very safe! Great Location!!
INTERNET IS TERRIBLE!! I'm here when no one is here. Empty!! Can't imagine what it's like when a lot of people!! TV has no internet connection at all. Watching my tablet has been challenging!!

Presidential rooms are absolutely perfect. Spacious with all the amenities you need. Having your own washer and dryer is a definite plus. Television could have been a little bigger in the living room. Huge room little TV.
