A quaint lovers nest in the Georgia Mountains. Linda was such an amazing host. I could see the excitement in her eyes and feel the passion she has for making you feel at home. Whenever we had a question or concern Linda would go above and beyond.

The breakfast was simply divine. With every bite you could feel the amount of love that was put into it. As the fog begins to lift in the morning the aroma of rich Java fills the dining room and with every sip comes a sweet tranquility. If you are an avid coffee enthusiast like me you will enjoy the freshly brewed coffee here.

Whether you are a hiker, leafer, or simply two love birds celebrating an anniversary, the Hidden Valley Bed & Breakfast is the best place to be. Linda also recommended some great hiking trails in the area and it made our experience even better than we imagined.

If you are looking for a romantic getaway in the Georgia Mountains I recommend the French Spa Room as it includes your own personal sauna, spa, and couples massage room.

For the absolute best experience, I recommend booking your stay directly through the website itself. I definitely plan on returning to the Hidden Valley Bed & Breakfast in the future!

Linda is a very nice host. Great views, quiet and peaceful area near the water. The dog Allie is very sweet. Rooms are cosy with a custom vintage style ✨️ the spa is pretty great too. I stayed here twice and felt wonderful each time. Different rooms are available and they each have their own style.

We really enjoyed the amenities - Private Spa Area with Hot Tub, Sauna, Massage Room and Showers in the Spa Area w/ towels, robes and slippers. WOW! Room and Breakfast were amazing as well! Linda, our host was awesome and she even rounded up firewood for the fire pit! Bring your own smore kit and enjoy! Great experience and we do plan to return. Thank You Linda!

Absolutely wonderful stay!! Linda the owner is the sweetest lady and so accommodating. She made the most incredible breakfasts every morning (even took requests for French toast), and made sure there was always coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for us. The most amazing part was the hot tub and sauna!! So relaxing and rejuvenating, we went multiple times a day and it was great. So many pretty trails and mountains nearby, also a few great restaurants (we especially loved Brother’s). We loved this bed and breakfast, it was the perfect place to get away. Definitely plan on returning every year!!

If you go in the next couple of weeks dont let the renovations to the outside deck put you off. Linda is a wonderful hostess. Everything went beautifully and we had the best time. Linda makes homemade treats for the rooms. We tried her cinnamon rolls, that were lovely. Our Breakfast was very nice and allowed us to meet the other guests. Linda is very sweet and engages with everyone. We will return!

To be honest we’ve never stayed at a B&B,but we’ve had friends describe it as being something a little bit different than what we experienced. That being said Linda was very kind and accommodating when it came to helping us with trying to see the surrounding sites. Even offering brochures that she had on hand and suggesting places. The property itself is beautiful. The homemade breakfast both days was delicious. However it feels more like your trapped in your grandmother’s bedroom. There’s a small front room that leads to a porch to sit on but it kinda feels like you’re in a strangers home and that you might be disturbing someone if you leave your room. If you’re going just for a place to stay to visit sites that’s reasonably priced it’s a good deal. But if you’re seeking relaxation the walls are thin and you hear everything and I mean everything from phones ringing to dishes being washed and conversations being had (some of of which you feel like you you shouldn’t be hearing) not including the maintenance that started at 7am right underneath our room during our stay. We do have to admit the best part of our stay was Linda’s dog Allie. We’re huge animal lovers and what a sweet sweet girl she is. It’s also a very difficult road and driveway to navigate in the dark. Because it’s not just dark it’s pitch black. But Hiawasee is a beautiful little town with a lot of nature to see.

My husband and I were looking for a one night stay in Hiawassee near the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds that wouldn’t break the bank. He found Hidden Valley B&B and what a great place! We stayed in the Sunflower room and it was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable and cozy. Mardi and Ron thought of everything to make our stay comfortable we even had a chocolate on our pillow when we returned that night from the fair. The location was perfect for us and the property is breathtaking. We enjoyed breakfast the next morning on the back deck overlooking the back yard. Mardi served a breakfast fit for a king, lots of food and it was delicious. There was another couple staying there and they were celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary and Mardi made a decoration for the table just for them. We were lucky enough to have breakfast with this couple and with Mardi and Ron. We felt like we were staying with family. We plan on staying at Hidden Valley B&B when we make our next trip to the mountains!
