Checked the reviews and decided to stop. I ordered a small rib plate with 2 sides and polish sausage sandwich. Ribs were pretty good without the sauce ($10), kinda high and the sausage ($6) was pretty good. I think the best were the waitresses working. Anyway, there were daily specials I ignored but will b back again..

The brisket was Yummmillicious, nicely cooked, tender and juicy. The meat was flavored nicely enhancing the natural beef brisket flavors. The mear portions could use and upgrade due to the pricing, honestly I was expecting bigger portions for the price. Potatoes salad and cole slaw were nicely prepared enhancing the flavor experience of the entire meal. The beans could get and added amount of spices and/or added chunks of meats to enhance their taste. Even bacon could be a good choice for them.
I was disappointed to see that this place uses a lot of styrofoam plates for all their main dishes which is not environmentally friendly choice. Styrofoam is the worst choice in today's environment, the place was completely packed with people so I can only imagine all the ammount of waste caused just by this single fact. Hopefully this can be corrected in the near future.
Another observation was that the place needs an overhaul all across the building, the AC vents are full of dust and grease, seemed that the ducts haven't been cleaned in years! I do have asthma so my chest got tighter as soon as I walked in. The ceiling is full of dust as well, the "white" tiles mirrored more to an orange greasy look instead. Bathroom definitely a full overhaul.
Then, I saw the owner smoking inside the restaurant and attending the drive thru!!! Really!!! This is discouraging for me to return again. Go outside and smoke like the rest of the employees!
I'll update this later to see if there's some improvements...

Located on the great hog/steer divide of I-35 this BBQ house specializes in both meats in the classic Oklahoma BBQ tradition. Beef bisket is delicious and thier Polish sausage is cooked on a low heat for hours to retain maximum juice and flavor. Lots of sides and even a slice of pickle. Classic 90's country music played on stereo to entertain. Owner has been preparing BBQ his whole life and the restaurant dates back to the late 70's. Also serves beer.

Great "Hole-In-The-Wall" kinda local BBQ place with really good food, friendly service, clean, though could use some fixing up. But they put everything into the food. It was Wonderful!
We drove here to meet family from way off as well, a "halfway point" between us. I picked the spot because it was a 4.7 / 5 rating. It deserves that rating!
NOT fancy looking. But SOOO glad we came. Prices are reasonable.
Highly recommend this place. Stop on your way through!

It was so depressing, at first. I really wanted some great ribs but they were out. So I went and got the ham the pulled pork and brisket. It was all excellent! This is the place you need to stop. I'm from Houston at this place was in the middle of Houston it would be packed all day every day.

Little BBQ place just off the interstate. Stopped in part because of space to park a 40' fifth wheel. Looking for a pulled pork sandwich. They were out, lunch crowd was heavy. Sorry I missed it, if it was half as good as the ribs and chopped beef we had, it was to die for. Only "complaint" was the portions. The small plate was huge, with ample sides I wasn't able to finish it all. Make this stop if you want some good eats.
