Ate at the Hibachibot Food Truck at a local wine event in Phoenix. I had the Mexorian Fries, which was a very generous serving, could be shared with 2 people, & smothered in goodness! I spent about $15 with a water bottle.

As a Korean, their Korean bbq's were great! Kiddos loved it too. If they can't handle spicy food, just take off a bit of the chipotle sauce. But all in all, loved the tacos and rice bowl!!

If you are looking for a truly wonderful food truck experience, this is it! The menu has a lot to offer to a wide variety of palettes. My personal favorite is the plant based chicken bowl. Beautifully crafted sticky rice, fresh green onion, red cabbage and a sizable portion of plant based chicken. They also have a variety of sauces to choose from, three of which are vegan! Thank you for thinking about us! If you haven’t tried their cucumber kimchi on the summer menu, you are most definitely missing out. Find this truck and eat their food. You will not be disappointed!

I love this place. Quick, delicious and probably the most friendly owners I've ever encountered. Really happy to see them be so successful as this is a once a week stop for my family. Don't overlook the Bot Balls. Those little gems are a cheesy, fried, slightly spicy masterpiece. Also, the HUGE is appropriately named and can easily feed 2 people. Take your favorite person with you and enjoy some cool artwork and amazing food.

Seen this food truck there over a dozen times and finally stopped and got food. Let me tell ya! This was amazing food. I didn’t get much but their dads tacos with chicken, best dang tacos I’ve ever had! The flavors top notch, also got their rice balls deep fried, very simple side but very yummy! I will definitely go out of my way for more tacos

Stopped by after we went to lake Bartlett for the day. We ordered 3 of the steak tacos and a chicken rice bowl. The food, service and atmosphere were superb! Highly recommend this place for a quick bite to eat on a sunny Sunday afternoon!

Best food truck ever!! A great mix of Korean and Mexican food blended together perfectly. I guarantee that once you try it you'll be addicted. Also next to the food truck is an eclectic art gallery featuring works of art created by the owner and several other local artists. The owners are on site and offer friendly courteous service. To say I love Hibachibot would be an understatement.
