Stayed at the Heritage Inn during a recent horse event at the expo center and was very pleased! Polite friendly service, very clean room and grounds, quiet overnight. Great place to stay if you need a basic, no frills, clean room for the night. Would stay here again!

I came here for a family reunion with my family from the west coast. I did not expect a 5 star hotel but I did expect hospitality and customer service. The owners and his wife are very very rude. They do not know how to respect their guest nor their privacy and I’m not sure if they understand the importance of clean towels. *UPDATED to owners reply* We stayed 4 in a room with 2 beds do not lie because you received a bad review. If there was 5 of us why did we stay for 3 days? I have a video of you cursing out a guest you better be happy I cannot post it on Google. Do better with your service next time or receive another horrible review. Google is powerful remember

You can see the Pride the owners have here in the cleanliness of the room and the atmosphere in which the present. I would recommend this hotel and will more than likely be returning again soon.

The motel is under young new management working on improvements and it shows. The owners are welcoming and hard working. I booked a single room, & was surprised when my son (who is a traveling electrician) arrived from Colorado to join me for a couple of days. The owners immediately accommodated us with a double room, they checked with us to make sure if we needed anything. The room was nice and cool and it smelled clean, (1st thing my son always does is to check A/C filters, it was spotless). It was nice having a dresser, microwave and small fridge in the room. The rooms are cleaned daily, fresh linens and towels. There is plenty of parking, easy access on and off I-81. My stay was for a couple of weeks, I'm a single lady, I had no worries with safety my entire stay. The owners made it enjoyable and you simply could not beat the price.

I stayed at the Heritage Inn for an extended period when I was transitioning to Oklahoma for work. I must say, the Heritage Inn is definitely worth your consideration. For me, clean rooms and a quiet setting are huge. You get that here. Rooms are cleaned daily. The owners and staff are friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. You have access to oversized parking, vending machines, an ice machine, and laundry facilities. If you want a clean friendly place for a very reasonable price in Duncan, this is it.
