I have mix of stars - the location it’s great if you were at Damsite Marina. However, weird at Eden Isle, and it takes a while to get there. The room was fine. You can tell it was recently remodeled. Our room was upstairs and I would caution you about the stairs if you are short or older. The club has a full service bar and food. Most of the staff was very young and they were overwhelmed. I just weren’t very efficient. It took quite a long time to get drinks. Food came a lot faster. Our table had wings, burger, catfish Southwest egg rolls, cheese, curds nachos. They had live music on Friday night, but I don’t know if that’s a regular occurrence or if it was because it was the start of a holiday week. There’s a Mexican restaurant right next-door if you don’t want to eat on site. We did not try that.
All in all, it’s a decent value for what you get. We will stay there again.

We live locally and went to try the Club restaurant for a date night. We were the first ones in the door when they opened at 3:00. We were not greeted or told to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. A man at the bar and 1 lady, the bartender were the only ones in sight. She says she will be with us shortly. No problem right? They were only concerned with finding the game on tv and not two customers waiting to be served. We had no menus yet, finally comes over to take drink order. I inform her we’ve never been here so we don’t know what you serve. I was perturbed by now and she seemed to notice and just got more rude. So then we are left to decide and she just never comes back. I made the decision to get up and walk out. We live in a sleepy friendly lake town and I was flabbergasted that we were basically ignored from point of entry. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

This place has the softest bed I have ever laud on. I believe I was a firm kinda person but this resot had changed my mind. Lovely room woth a great bed.

The resort also had options for food and frozen yogurt, ice creams, and even southwest rolls.

We ordered a pizza last night that was really good. My wife is not a thin pizza person but loved there's.

I recommend this resort to anyone traveling through or staying in Heber Springs.

Recap: stopped in to get another burger. Waited extra long. Got home bun on burger is hard as a rock. Meat super dry. Called up there and was told there is nothing they can do. I will not be going back for food!!!! 9/9/24

I stopped in to try the grill. Figured I'd get frozen made to order food! Nope!! I was wrong. Burgers will make you come back. Good job!!!

We looked at Heber Springs Resort's website about the updates on rooms, etc. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Both my husband and I were just a little disappointed with the amenities of our room. We only had two working electrical outlets in the room. The one by the AC unit did not work, there was not one outlet by my bedside table to charge devices. There was an outlet on the other wall, but that is not sufficient for two people traveling. The lamp on my side was not stable because it was loose at the base. You should have upgraded the lamps to have charging ports and add outlets to the accessible walls.

The beds were not comfortable at all. Also, the cleanliness of the floors could have been better. I never felt comfortable walking on the floors without my shoes or slippers on.

We both were very disappointed in what your provided for breakfast. Perhaps you could had some healthier choices like scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and additional protein options. Also, have cold bottles of water available at no cost to guests.

The room price was acceptable but we probably will choose an alternate hotel if we return in the future.

I have only been her to attend a birthday party. Also, I have eaten at the snack shop. They have both a snack shop and a bar. The rooms have all been recently all been upgraded. (I viewed on Facebook)

We came to Heber Springs for a funeral, and a local family member suggested we stay here. We did not expect the level of service, aesthetics and quality we experienced. The perfect fall weather was complimented by the large amount of outdoor spaces, so much so that our family decided to gather together here. There is an abundance of outdoor space and the staff made us feel like family. The food was delicious and well priced. The rooms are recently updated and clean. We will be staying here every time we are in town.
