We had our wedding weekend here and it was an absolutely magical experience. Charlotte was so attentive and was a great guide throughout my stay. It was her mission to make sure everything went smoothly and perfect. I couldn’t ask for better help during our unforgettable weekend. The rooms were so quaint and cozy while the breakfast was delicious. Everything was freshly made and made in house . Besides the Inn itself, the location is something out of a fairytale story. The property was well maintained and the views were out of this world. You can tell Heavitree is maintained with love and I am so grateful to have my wedding here. If you want a wedding with otherworldly views with an owner that truly cares, I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you so much for a beautiful weekend Charlotte!

Heavitree B&B has been a favorite getaway spot for us over the years, and we couldn’t have imagined a better place to host our wedding. Charlotte, the host, has always been wonderful, and her flexibility and support throughout the entire wedding planning process made everything so much easier. We booked the B&B for the entire weekend, using the beautiful lawn for our ceremony and the charming barn for the reception. Everything was perfect, and Charlotte’s attention to detail truly made our day special. Her personal touch and flexibility made it clear that she wasn’t just providing a venue; she was sharing in our joy and helping us create lasting memories. We’re so grateful for her hospitality and would highly recommend Heavitree B&B to anyone looking for a picturesque and welcoming venue.

My husband and I were married at the Heavitree in June, what an incredible place. Charlotte is amazing, and was happy to help with anything planning wise, as you hire in your own caterer for the space, and set up anything I could not. She was so amazingly friendly I can’t speak well enough of the help you will find in Charlotte. The bed n breakfast is an antique in itself as it boasts 1700 period friendly furniture and finishes. If you’re looking to have a smaller, more intimate wedding this is THE place. The carriage house was super spacious with a very nice indoor bathroom right off the dining area. With the barn doors open, the space is perfect and flows from dinner to dancing effortlessly. 10/10

I personally did not get the chance to actually stay here, we were ghosted when trying to plan a wedding, but the location was beautiful, and the owners are very very kind people. We are very haphazard, and wish we were at least responded to, but for anyone who wants to consider this destination for a vacation or an event, regardless of our experience, I do recommend them

We had our wedding reception here and from start to finish everything went so smoothly. Charlotte was amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. As soon as we met her we knew this was the place we had to have our reception. Charlotte makes sure that everything for your day is perfect and exactly what you want. The view is already beautiful but everything is made so much better with Charlottes smiling face and welcoming nature. I couldn’t have asked for a better day and it was all made possible by Heavitree B&B!

This place is magical! Quaint, quiet, interesting, fun, beautiful, and in a great location. The home was built in the 1700's but each room still has an en suite bath for privacy. The home has so many common area rooms that everyone in the home could have a private breakfast if they wished. We were called the night before we arrived and asked what we would like for breakfast, how amazing is that?!? The breakfast was delightful, prompt, hot, custom and complete. Pro-tip: ask for bacon!||The grounds are massive. Plenty of different spaces to enjoy. The property is immaculate. I'm not sure how they do it. The home is period devoted with art and antiques. There is a grand piano in one of the rooms, I wished my wife or I played. We don't, but Charlotte put on some classical music that we enjoyed during breakfast and during the day as we came in and out.||Do not hesitate booking this B & B if you are in the area.

She is so wonderful and helpful throughout the whole process, she truly cares that you have the most perfect day. She loves love and you can just tell when you meet her. She has so many decorations and is willing to allow you to use them to make everything perfect. I couldn’t imagine having my reception anywhere else. The best day of my life was only made better because of charlotte and Heavitree B&B. Thank you!
