Corey and her Husband are excellent Hosts. The TeePee accommodations were better than I expected. There were sleeping bags, 3" thick pads under them and pillows !
The interior had a vinyl rubber floor and entry mats with a fire pit, electric lantern and mosquito repellent already in there. Comfortably sleeps 5
Highly recommend, especially for families with young ones.

Unfortunately this is another place that Corona hurt. They no longer offer horseback riding due to some things that where was going on with liability insurance. Spoke with a super sweet lady and would have loved to stay there. Unfortunately at a $170 a night without the horseback riding bean available it wasn't really worth it for us

Fantastic! First off, this is definitely camping! Except instead of a tent, you are in a Tipi. There are clean sleeping bags on comfortable mats with a fire ring in the middle. Yes, you warm the Tipi with an open fire. In all my years of camping, this was an exciting first. ||There is no electricity although they give you a very bright battery lantern. A flashlight/headlamp would be good to bring. ||There is a solar powered shower that is finicky, but got the job done. Portapotties very clean. ||The night skies were magnificent. We came in late and left early, but from other reviews, the hosts are super friendly.

Great place to take a family. Amazing hosts that run the ranch. Our kids loved getting to pet and feed the horses! TP was very well furnished. Great step up from tent camping! Can't wait to come back!

The tipi’s were nice, the page said cots we got pads on the ground. The lantern we were provide did not work. The “shared shower and restroom” were porta potties! The owner was very nice the setting is lovely. We listened to owls hooting most of the night. Overall it was an adventure. If you are a prima donna don't go. We had fun had we been better prepaid to camp it would have been over the top.

Bob and Kori are wonderful hosts! The ranch is located in a beautiful spot and the horse trails were scenic and a whole lot of fun. It's really the best kind of camping. The teepees give campers a unique experience. This is a great place to stop over on your way to or from Crater Lake.

Bob and Kori were so nice and helpful! I took my friends horseback riding; neither have EVER ridden before. And it's been 40 years for me. They really worked with my friends so that they felt comfortable and enjoyed themselves. It would have been 5 stars for me if the ride was more free flowing. They take a specific trail and the horses know it with no need to direct. This was good for my friends as their first experience. But maybe not for people who have ridden more. Maybe for more experienced riders, they have a different approach. All in all, it was a good time.

The two TeePees provided by this business are crawling with bedbugs. Literally crawling with bugs. They were on the floors, in the beds, everywhere. In addition to that the water to the shower was not functioning. The owner refused reimbursement due to the beed bugs and lack of water and we had to fight her through booking.com to get our money back. They call this rustic and send people away without refunds claiming it is "not to the customers liking" but this is actually a real health hazard full of bedbugs. I can provide video to illustrate this claim. I hope no one else has to suffer this.
