I have used Heart and Soul Catering many times over the years. I have used them for a wedding and showers and parties. Every single time people love the food, heck I love the food. I find their pricing to be very reasonable and the owners to be easy going and accommodating. I have recommended them to others to use who have all been pleased too. Would use again and again!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They charged us for service requested and then they never completed it. The staff was rude, they shut down our bar, and the food was terrible and cold. All other vendors were amazing but the biggest mistake of our entire wedding was hiring them!! They are completely dishonest people and the "Chef" lied to us multiple times. He said he would take care of things when he did not.. he didn't even show up. All other vendors were amazing but unfortunately, terrible vendors can RUIN your Wedding DAY!We tried to address the situation after our wedding and they had no sympathy for ruining our wedding day. They are terrible people and an absolute embarrassment and waste of money! RUN!! WE SHOULD HAVE PICKED DRAPERS INSTEAD!!

I had a very large, 2 day wedding with 300+ guests so needless to say, the prices for catering was overwhelming when we first started planning. We then found out about Michael with Heart and Soul and thank goodness we did! Michael worked alongside me SO patiently to make sure I would have exactly the type of food I wanted while also staying exactly within the budget I gave him. Michael made my husband and I feel like VIPs at our tasting! At our wedding, the food was delicious, the presentation was awesome and his staff was very professional and really on top of making sure food stayed warm, stocked and that tables were cleared throughout the night. Our friends and family still talk about how wonderful the food was! Thank you so much, Michael and staff!

First, the food was amazing. I ordered the mac and cheese bar, turkey sliders and roast beef sliders. All of it was fantastic.

The customer service, on the other hand, was not the greatest experience. The lady I spoke to and the lady who delivered the food was (not sure if they were the same person) very polite, but it was extremely difficult to get them on the phone to place and verify the order. They were not prompt about returning phone calls and they are not good about replying to emails. The day before my event, I was unsure as to whether or not I actually had them set in stone since I had only spoken with them 1 time and they never called me back or sent me an invoice or finalized menu.

I want to stress the fact that the food was AMAZING. All of my guests were very impressed. All 35 of my guests. When I placed my order, I made it very clear that I had no idea how much food I needed but I wanted to give my guests options. I was not prepared for 2 ENTIRE FRIDGES filled with leftovers at the end of my event...this is not an exaggeration. There was easily enough food for 135 people. I feel bad about the shear amount of food that went to waste.

Lastly, I want to make it clear again that the food was fantastic. However, when they came to set up at my event, I found that the organization was a bit confusing. The condiments and toppings were not placed next to their corespondent dishes so my guests were confused as to what topping went with what dish. Because of this, a lot of them went untouched. Yet again, more food gone to waste. Also, the bread for the sliders was not cut, so my guests didn't know they were even supposed to be sliders...my guests all assumed they were just dinner rolls.

They were absolutely amazing! The food was great! Their staff was very professional and the food was plated beautifully. They worked with us on all our dietary request and was very personable. I highly recommend everyone to use them! They are the best!!

Heart & Soul did a wonderful job catering our reception and I recommend them to anyone who'd like a memorable event! The servers were very friendly and the food surpassed my expectations! I wish I could get remarried and do it all over again! LOL, of course my husband might not approve! Great food, pricing and service!! Thanks, to you guys for all of your help! You truly went above and beyond your duties and I am grateful for everything you did!
