This hotel is a disaster’s . Got to room. 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Go down stairs ask for wash 1 and they said out of towels. Then back to room. 1 bar of soap for sink and shower. Go to get in shower the shower curtain was backwards. Sink would not cut off asked for maintenance. No one there. Asked for manger never there. Then ok going to bed the sheet was on top of comforter. Then pulled back covers looks like someone had sleep in our bed. Just insane. Housekeeping does not come to your room unless you can catch them in the hallway. Breakfast you cannot take to your room unless you pay 30 dollars. It is suppose to be free. You have to eat in the little area . I was sick so did not want to sit downstairs and get everyone sick. I wore a mask. Well as you see this is not the best place to stay.

Very clean. Nice new and comfortable beds. Good free breakfast - lots of choices, kind assistant there. Looks like they are updating the decor, not finished yet, so some rooms look older, but still nice and clean. Good value for the price. Nice front desk help.

“GET OUT OF MY HOTEL YOU THIEVING 🥷🏽” Was the last thing the OWNER of this hotel said to A MILITARY SPOUSE, WHOS HUSBAND WAS GONE TO WORK. How did we get to this point you ask? My wife made a reservation last night, one room, one night, while I was working. The front desk employee could not figure out how to properly utilize his equipment, therefore could not locate the reservation that my wife had already made for us. So he makes a new reservation, and charged us for it. Now we have already bought and paid for the original reservation, but then he actually asked her to pay for the new reservation, she’s a sweet girl and she paid it where that’s where this night would have ended for me, we’re not paying for SHI+, BECAUSE YOU CANT DO YOUR JOB. But oh well, THEN, YOU KNOW WE HAD TO PAY AN INCIDENTALS DEPOSIT, and she paid it. The next morning I’m off to work, my vehicle we had decided to leave at my office the night before, so we had only her car, that I took to work so she could sleep in, thinking she would be safe in the room we bought, twice…. But oh no, you know the housekeepers busted in on her at 9 am waking her up with a lady standing in front of our bed, and she quickly skeedaddled once realized my wife was laying right there. Checkout is at noon, this was 9 am…. Then, at 11:30 am she busted in unannounced for a second time DEMANDING my wife leave, and when my wife gathered her things while the housekeeper stood guard like we had done something wrong, then my wife goes to the desk, where the owner is, and tried to book another night, he refused her service stating that “YOU STOLE FROM ME AND I WIL NOT RENT YOU ANYTHING” and “DEMAND YOU PAY ME FOR THIS ROOM IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE” my wife explained we HAD PAID FOR THE ROOM NOT ONCE BUT TWICE AND WAS ACTUALLY DUE A REFUND, he responded “YOU ARE A LIAR AND I WILL CALL THE POLICE IF YOU DO NOT LEAVE MY HOTEL RIGHT NOW SINCE YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY YOUR BILL!” That’s when my wife, defusing the situation best she could, left the hotel, but not before being called “a thieving nig-er” BY THE OWNER OF THIS HOTEL, and had to wait outside in the cold with 70 mph wind gusts in shorts and a t shirt with nowhere to go because I had her vehicle. She waited outside for an hour before I was able to get there. This is a military spouse. Who paid for her reservation, and not just once, but twice, and paid a security deposit, THAT THE OWNER NOW REFUSES TO REFUND EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM WAS LEFT IN IMMACULATE CONDITION, THEN THE OWNER TRIED TTO CHARGE MY CARD THREE TIMES ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER SHE HAD ALREADY LEFT AND I HAD PICKED HER UP, WE WERE GONE! HAWTHORN SUITES CORPORATE OFFICE RESPONDS WITH, “HERES A REFERENCE NUMBER, someone might call you in a week….” THATS THEIR RESPONSE, NO REFUND, NO DISCIPLINARY ACTION, NO F&$/- GIVEN AT ALL!!!!

Visiting friends and it's a nice place. They said they accepted pets, great cleanliness, clean everything and the price is a lot less for a lot more. Great place to go for a small room as cozy as your house. Going to rent a room with these folks. I recently spent wayyyyy too much money for a room in BRICKTOWN and this hotel has flabbergasted me with the amenities and professionalism of the staff, I will tell many people to come here instead of using your money for something wayyyy less. Down to having a laundry room on my floor to ice machine, soft drink machine, and a comforting painting scheme. Hawthorne Suites by Wyndham is the best thing since silly putty. On Sunday I had a bunch of expensive meat for dinner and I got the NO from the kid front desk guy that I couldn't use a empty room that had a stove. BUT the Hilton Hotel next door said that we can cook on their grill and then didn't want anything from me but I will be there because I will be a guest starting tomorrow. Suites2 by Hilton Hotel is cheaper than what you get for more money and no customer service is the same as a 1 star motel.

I was s on a basic Weeklong Staycation. It was wonderful. I know the Midwest City are very well, but the stay was great. The Staff, Management, and the Cook who made the Delicious Morning Breakfast was Outstanding. They are Pet Friendly also. When I do take another Local Staycation I will be staying at the Hawthorne Suites Hotel in MWC.

Positive: I?m sorry but we have stayed here probably 5-6 times over the last year and always loved it but this time we not good. The rooms are large and location is great that?s why we like this hotel Negative: Bedbug crawling up the door jam to the bathroom so they moved us. Next morning my wife saw a dead one on the floor to the bathroom. Went to check the bed and it wrapped several times hmmnn that?s questionable as well creepy experience

Positive: The staff was very kind and helpful. The price was good. Hot breakfast every morning. Negative: Lots of stains on the carpeting. The first day I was there, my room was not cleaned and I ran out of toilet paper and clean wash cloths so I had to go to front desk to ask for it. The fitted sheet would not stay on mattress.
