Where to begin… upon arriving the front desk clerk was in complete distress making calls to managers and freaking out in front of everyone trying to check in. On a Friday evening in a brand new hotel there probably should have been manager on site or at least someone to help. Most guests were moved to the hotel next door and given a free night we were told later. We wish that had happened to us because the rooms have a high pitched screeching noise coming from the headboard lights when they are off. The noise goes away when the lights are on. We were told that most rooms do this but it was not disclosed at arrival. Then we were told it’s a new hotel and there are issues You either try to sleep with the noise or sleep with the lights on. $157 for a night of barely sleeping. We have reached out several times to talk to someone but no one will respond. I have video of the screeching noise but cannot post it here.
Do NOT stay here unless they tell you the problem has been fixed!!

Hotel was clean and reception was friendly. Breakfast was bizarre. At 0815 the hot food was gone-no protein. The person working the food said "I don't have time to make any more. There's plenty of cereal. People usually don't wait this late to eat."

Stayed on Dec 28th 2024 night. Air conditioner thermostat was not working and not connected at all. Reported to front desk, but no mechanic available to look at it immediately. Stayed only one night but without AC controlled. Did not have a comfortable sleep. They said they will have manager call me back, but no call received.

I stayed a night at this hotel on a recent business trip. The room was clean and very nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying at this new hotel next time I'm in the area!
