Only stayed here for a night and honestly it wasn't worth the money I paid for even a night. The hotel itself looks nice on the outside and the lobby is clean however the lady who checked me in/checked me out was incredibly slow and unknowledgeable about the hotel's systems. The other lady checking guests in was pretty rude. The hotel smells like a mixture of body odor and weed. The room itself had obvious construction repairs on the door, walls, etc. The pullout couch was absolutely filthy with stains and food crumbs, the couch cushions were falling apart, the curtains were broken, half the lights in the room didn't work, and there were only two light switches in the entire room which only worked the bathroom and kitchen, and the shower was gross and had obviously not been cleaned. They mentioned they were in the middle of a renovation and had been working on it for a while which I understand but if you're bringing in guests while renovating then the available rooms need to be up to standard with working fixtures, clean spaces, and repairs need to be finished. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the hotel as it is and would suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

The women that work up front are phenomenal. I had an event there on Dec 14th and got a room from the 13-15 of Dec. The women there were so helpful, patient, and sweet. I didn’t end up staying in the hotel room, but it was much larger and nicer than expected. The only thing I didn’t like was the online check-in. I only checked in online because I worked late and didn’t want my room to be taken by the time I got off. However, the online check-in process coasted me an additional $100 that I have to wait to come back to my card. That’s not very convenient. It also smells like marijuana in the halls, especially on the 3rd floor. If they could get a handle on that, it wouldn’t decline the class scale of the hotel. When you smell it, all day, it makes you feel like, “oh, we’re in THAT type of place”. And that’s honestly why i didn’t end up actually staying overnight in the room.

Did precheck on my phone after receiving a text for it, and it charged full amount before we even got there. I was not told I would be charged when doing precheck. Then they tried to charge us for the room again, after being told they “do not have a precheck”

Says breakfast is included but there were only a few grab and go things such as fruit and grain bars. “Free breakfast” is super deceiving.
Fridge in room was not plugged in.
Sticker from a shirt was on the wall.
Heat was completely off when we arrived.

We asked to have the bed turned down with new sheets. The maid was not there so we were given sheets and they did not fit the bed.
Sheets were rough, water leaks from shower, sink faucet is loose, and the toilet wobbles.
There were towels in the hallway floor all 5 days we were there. Idk what detergent they use, but it made me itch all weekend.

The place honestly felt dead. Seen only one staff member. Never seen a maid.

This hotel had good reviews on booking.com but google reviews aren’t good and I agree. Would not book here unless you have no where else. It was a roof over our head and a dry bed at least.

Excellent facility- very clean, which is extremely important to myself & colleagues. Bed was comfortable and the amenities in the room are all functioning properly, as well as being very clean as mentioned. Convenient and quiet table in my room- easy for my few Zoom meetings prior to OTR meetings.
Convenient as well as quiet, located away from the Conyers traffic but not too far. A pretty view before my workday - overlooking a golf course/hole # and lovely 6:45 am sunrise.

Place crawlong with catsGreat value for the price convenient to the Conyers area. Concierge staff in the morning friendly and courteous. Room size is a great.&⁷ spacious could use cookware though .Weekend not so much attentive or pleasant. Vending machines very misleading on actual price. Don't use! No amenities like pool . Whole reason for choosing location .

This place is literally a complete dump - reeks of weed, rooms have poor plumbing and visible construction repairs - absolute horror - not even livable for one night - just stay away.

DO NOT STAY HERE...I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I stayed here thinking I was going to get the suite experience and it was horrible. I checked on my room and the lady that checked me in was coming out my room. Walked in and there was a rock in the room and the window was wide open which meant bugs have already come in. The air in the suite wasn't working and the fire detector was hanging off the hook. The fridge was so small I could put it in my car. This definitely wasn't what I was expecting. I went downstairs to see if I could check out which I couldn't without losing all my money. I got another room which was kind of an 1 star improvement. I sprayed the room top to bottom with Lysol. Thought I was going to be able to grill to only find that it wasn't working. The pool looked even worse and the hot tub looked like it had an infection. This is worst experience I have had the cable didn't even work so how could we have the hotel experience. The owner are more concerned about the outside what is munch doing to do to give a pleasant experience they need to focus on the inside.
