I am writing to let new viewers of interested guests and even old guests that may or may not have a had the best stay here at this establishment!!! I am a new employee here and there are mainly ALL NEW EMPLOYEES,that have recently been given their job and are all are doing their best to remodel,and clean up this hotel!!! Yes there is a bug problem and for the empty rooms they are not really bad(you might see only 2 or 3 for your stay). Orkin comes out regularly and sprays all rooms.The issue and main problem is the guests that stay weekly that are not keeping their rooms clean or killing them, letting them crawl carelessly and we are getting together correct times and figuring out which day if week guest room inspections will be started again to help maintain a clean and safe environment!!! Housekeeping is done mostly by 1 person(I fill in 1 day a week for her) and she has a paper daily with ALL ROOMS that are expected for checkout(11am-11:30am) and weekly guest rooms that rent is due to pay (will check by checkout time to see if they're staying another week or checking out) if they're staying ask the guest would they like new towels and bedding (switching to clean ones allowed no charge once a week) . Also housekeeping check list is given with ALL DUTIES of a week kept, clean, maintained room!! Every Sunday I work,I check all rooms to make sure they're clean and there is no plumbing issues,or any other issues owner works every Monday so the list of rooms I check will be left for his knowledge of housekeeping performance and anything needing to be fixed as needed by maintenance or plumber. Note: it's $351.00 cash weekly(credit card payment fee is $5.00 automatically)and a $100.00 cash deposit will be expected by every weekly guest as a payment to be held to make sure the room will be kept up with rules to obey and obide(rule sign them to be read and signed by every new guests) In Each adult staying will have to provide id and must list # of guest in your room. 2nd and 3rd floors are FOR WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY) hotel has working elevator provided between 8am-10:30pm. We do have rolling cart to assist you in carrying belongings. Daily rooms(always and only bottom floor) is $86.00 cash and $3.00 credit card payment fee always.($88.50) The front (lobby side) is NON SMOKING,The back is SMOKING. NO PETS EVER ALLOWED AND YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY A FEE STARTING AT $50.00 FOR ANY PETS SEEN IN ROOM,NO RETURN IF HAPPENS AND POLICE WILL BE CALLED ESCORTING YOU OFF PROPERTY!!! Also a variety of chips/snacks and water bottles/variety of canned soda with fee of $1.00 each provided in lobby 8am-12am. NO BORROWING ALLOWED. okay I'll end with this I GUARANTEE ALL SERVICE TO GUEST WILL BE SATISFACTORY STAYING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT FROM THIS DAY FORWARD!!!!! Not a place I would take the kids. The service is alright if you understand this. It is a room. You can do whatever you want there as long as you're quiet and don't have people running in and out. Be sure to lock your car. And it's pricey for the level of service and quality of room. If you had $20 you'll be better down the strret.

Horrible place to stay. Me and my husband went their back at he beginning of November and their was bugs (Roches) crawling around everywhere. I went to tell the front desk and they would not give us back our refund they said it doesn't matter what happens they won't give you your money back. I would never recommend this place to anyone much less never have any kids stay here also. Roach's are gross and they can cause health problems but they didn't care. All they care about is the money much less have a girl that works at the front desk who looks high. It also look like they hardly clean the rooms. Sad how somebody can do Business like this and rip you off in the process.

The rooms I have stayed in were clean and bug free. Large rooms comfortable bed. Wifi not the best. Service is average there was one really good housekeeper but she left so not sure who cleans now but they are clean.

this place was disgusting. a roach came out of my shoe after being there 15 min. there was a live roach in the bath tub no hot water no phone n the heat barely worked. hikes in the walls n doors n people knocking on doors screaming to let them in. this all happened in less then an hour. I left crying I was so scared. I tried to get refund n they told me they found cigarette ashes in sink n I never smoked a day in my life. so they charged me $150 on top of the room fee. this place needs to be shut down. u have a video if the live roach in tub which I'm trying to post as well.

This was the grossest place I’ve even been to. My dad booked the hotel and we were dropping him off to hike the trail. The plan was for us to stay overnight before our long drive back home in the morning. My mom and I ran out and we’re not able to stay. At close to midnight had to find another place. Gross furniture, paint peeling off walls, dirty and certainly didn’t feel safe. RUN!!

Front desk lady was very rude and purposely put us in a room with no towels, none of the plug ins work, and the toilet is leaking. The room is just nasty. Dead bugs and dirt all over the place. We paid $85 definitely wasn’t worth it at all.

They are working towards making this a better location. A little over priced but still good for a week long stay. Renovation need to be more professionally done. New means new. Not mattress that have been sitting out in the elements for months on end. God knows whats zipped up in those mattress covers.
