This is a nice, tidy park located close to town and the state park. Sites are concrete with gravel space with picnic table and parking. Sites are quite narrow, but adequate. Sites on the south side can typically see the lake in the distance. Winter activities in the Club House. Friendly guests and staff. WI-fi was great. We were in site 101, a back-in, full hook-up site. Only 3 park models here in the park. It is almost entirely RVs.

Beautiful RV Rssort located in Lake Havasu City. Bathrooms, pool, and laundry facilities pristine. Very nice pull thru lots too

The lots are pull thru which is great but lots of negatives. Spots wi-fi and cable. Not on the water. Kitchen in the club house is unavailable. Electric is twice what I paid anywhere else. Water in the showers has one temperature and that's really hot. No shade at all.

We have stayed at the resort for three years now and consider their curtness part of running a tight ship.|When we booked this year they allowed us to tweak the arrival date three times which was very helpful. No penalty. Then they were good enough to let us extend a few days. When I called back directly to let them know we were off one day on departure, the curtness came out with NO REFUNDS!|If $50 bucks reveals their true customer service....that's good to know.

The park is nice but a bit expensive around 500 for 8 days. If you have a trailer be aware we have a 25 foot car hauling trailer and the charge was 10 dollars a day. That's the most we've ever paid.by double. Usually it's free. One member of the staff was very rude to my wife because we should have made a reservation for our trailer. My wife always tells the staff of our trailer. We're probably not coming back.

Very friendly staff. Carolyn helped with the local areas and services offered in Lake Havasu. Clean RV spot. Nice cement pad to park RV level. Nice laundry facility. The pool was closed. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We stopped to stay overnight and were very pleased. The staff is welcoming and made suggestions for pizza delivery. The pizza was delicious and convenient delivery after a long day of driving. The resort is exceptionally clean and well maintained. There is a laundry mat, showers, club house and pool. My husband enjoyed a dip in the pool to cool off. We will definitely keep this RV Resort on our list.
