Sara was awesome! She was very friendly upon arrival. Helped me out alot. The room is very comfortable; I had a lake view which was so nice to wake up to for class. The jacuzzi made long days at training super relaxing at the end of the day. Very clean facility. So close to the downtown of Havasu. Would highly recommend.

We were here in early December. We had a view of the lake with boats and jet skiers. It was wonderful to hear the sounds on the lake from our room. The mountains and the lake were so beautiful! The resort is small, but offered good amenities and the staff was very kind and helpful. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star for cleanliness was because there was a lot of dust on the floors from the desert and it's brown dust due to the location.

Resort was comfortable, has plenty to do at the resort and location was great. Check in was horrible, gal at the desk started off telling us we where lucky yo get a room, she said they where over booked and when I said we booked over 6 months ago, she said so what. The staff wouldn't do anything about the compact cars parking in the 'Oversized ONLY' spots, left us struggling to park as we had an oversized vehicle that didn't fit in the covered spots that there's did fit in. Our other family members with us where left in the same position.

Why did I give rooms a 3 star? Hair, there were hairs in my towels. The room was relatively clean. The bed was not so comfy. The grounds were tidy and clean. The young lady that checked me in was a super star 🌟 the male that checked me out was polite. I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you 😁

When we arrived at check in. Mark was wonderful and welcoming. We didn't expect to see such a wonderful room. Mark explained everything about the resort and the other amenities that were available for us. The swimming pool and spa were wonderful to wind down from the day. We enjoyed it so much that our next visit will be staying here again. Mark is a real asset to this company and property.

Nice resort. We had a one bedroom, although the living room was somewhat small, it was nice. We had a lake view. While it was nice to look at, the street noise and noises from the lake (boats and jet skies) were a tad bothersome. But that was our choice for the location. The location was great, close to everything we wanted.

What a crap company to deal with. We reserved a two bedroom room, 6 months ago. We are arriving with friends tomorrow. They called today and told us they gave our 2 bedroom to someone else. They said we can book a single room and a mini room instead. We are a group of 8 (we booked 3 units between us), and need the larger kitchen to hang out. We come out every year, and every year there is some problem. What a joke. It used to be really good.

Got a call as we came into town, and they gave us a 2 bedroom. Not near the pool as requested 6 months ago, though. Still BS, since they should not have bumped us in the first place.

Enough can't be said about this place. If you're looking for a quick getaway. This is the best place to choose from. Great room. Mark is amazing with check-in. Very informative about the resort and the amenities. If you drive, there are plenty of places to eat. Close enough to Lake Havasu. There are so many activities for young and old. We are definitely planning on returning to this location.
