First time trying Hatch and it did not dissapoint. Food was good, not really blown away but the service and location was great. Beautiful looking restaurant. 1 1/2 hour wait. Keep that in mind.

The restaurant is insanely popular. The tables and booths packed with chattering diners. Their conversation along with the waiters scurrying about to feed them and clear tables, created a chaotic noisy crowded environment; dining at its finest. The backbone of the breakfast meal, eggs, bacon, pancakes, biscuits and hash browns are served up with a glamor make over. Hardly a plate in the restaurant that wasn’t filled with “Hashbrown Tumblers.” The Eggs Benedict’s menu description specifically lists “Grilled Duroc Ham.” It is unlikely that anyone in the restaurant this morning could explain what a Duroc is. Also unlikely, is that the restaurant has the documentation to substantiate the ham’s pedigree. I seriously doubt if anyone has ever said to a friend, “you have to try the Duroc ham!”

It's all fancy delicious breakfast food! Very good!

No tables available this morning at 10AM. Don’t you folks have jobs? We grabbed a couple of stools at the tall table in the bar area. It was a good choice. Great service from the young lady that took care of us and the view of the kitchen staff performing kept us entertained. For me, Hatch’s version of my standard breakfast. See the pictures. The crispy Hashbrown Tumblers were unique. The biscuit was covered with good gravy and a serving of sausage crumbles. The meal was delicious. My wife went with the decadent Famous PanOKCake. This is a pile of chopped Bacon, Pecans, Bourbon Maple Glaze topped off with a dollop of whipped butter. Under that pile, supposedly was a pancake in the shape of Oklahoma. My wife gave it an exceptionally good rating!

I have avoided this restaurant because of the crowd it draws. Personally, I prefer the calmer, slower paced small-town diner. I’m glad we tried it.

I was introduced to this restaurant this past weekend and was absolutely amazed. I love this place. They have a barista so I couldn’t resist. 😂 I ordered the mocha. My, my, my was it good! ❤️☕️
The food was very good as well. I appreciated the freshness. My eggs were so fluffy!

Disappointed. Disappointed that the food was not good or even close to it. The chicken and waffles came out cold and the chicken... more like a piece of thin frozen chicken patty covered in soggy bread. The syrup was not good. The monte Cristo sandwich eh crap ton of sugar on it. The only good thing we did try was the hashbrown tumblers, which they got wrong and brought us out fries. Service sucked as well. When we got in, there were probably only 5 other tables, and it took forever to get our order, food, and check! Won't venture back to this spot again.

Modern diner with made-from-scratch entrees. We came in for breakfast and were delighted with everything: the service, the atmosphere, and most importantly the food.

I'm still thinking about the Bananas Fosters pancakes and will be going back for more.

Really love this place for the food, friendly staff, and trendy interior. We did have about a 20 min. wait around 1pm, but they had comfy couches to rest on.
I usually get the chicken fried steak and extra loaded tumblers to share with the table. It's always yummy and the gravy is fabulous. The chai is great, and they have a lot of other tasty looking drinks.
My daughter loved the chicken and waffles and she is picky!
Definitely a great breakfast style spot.

We enjoy eating here every now and then. The wait tends to suck to get a table but the good is fantastic and worth the wait.
They have amazing egg Benedict options and a large variety of pancakes even for the pickiest eater. Can't decide? They have trio options for both!
They have a great bar menu and make exceptional coffee drinks.
We've eaten at a few different locations and have all been thoroughly happy. The service can sometimes be a little lacking but you can't go wrong for the food!

We had such a great experience at Hatch today! We mentioned we were celebrating my father visiting his family in Oklahoma, and they surprised us with a free appetizer. Before we left, they even gave us a sweet thank-you card for coming in. The food and service were amazing—definitely a memorable visit!
