Absolutely gorgeous! If I had plans of getting married, this is definitely where I'd want my wedding to be. The grounds are beautiful & lovingly cared for. The patios looking out over the grounds towards the river are lovely, especially at sunset. The manison itself is spectacular. The staff love to share the history & stories of its past. The rooms where the bridal party gets ready are so luxurious. I would kill to have a floral mural like the one in the bridal sitting room in my house. It looks so real. Speaking of flowers, there are always the most gorgeous arrangements on all of the tables. Their staff is phenomenal in so many areas. All of that expertise is used to create an experience where each guest feels like it was all done just for them. I highly recommend visiting. And if you're looking for a perfect wedding venue, look no further than Harweldon Mansion.

Had high hopes for this one. Yes, room has nice furnishings and the complimentary wine and drinks are nice, but there’s too much that’s wrong.||The control pad to enter through the front gates just has wires hanging out—not what you’d expect from this caliber of hotel, and your first impression. You have to get out of your car, look on the side to find another pin pad to enter the code. They don’t explain that in their “welcome” text.||When you come back to the hotel you need to enter through a boring side door, not the main one—ridiculous.||Place was deserted and we were there on a Friday night in October—likely due to the prices that are not realistic. Only one other couple there besides us.||We stayed in the Dogwood Suite. Bathroom is bad. Rain shower was the worst ever and was barely spitting. The “hand held” shower head leaked all over the floor as the shower door is not installed properly—too much of a gap with the wall. ||There is only one switch that controls the lights and the fan. The fan is ridiculously loud, and was a real problem when all you wanted were the lights. ||Nice fireplace mantle and surround, but it’s completely empty and looks weird. The wine cooler is nice, but the lights stay on all night which is very disturbing for those like me who do not like light.||Wifi was another ridiculous issue for a $750+ room. Card on desk says no passcode needed. We needed the code. Texted them about issue, heard nothing. Called Cox, their provider listed on the card, and it took 10 minutes for Cox to even find the hotel, and to give the code. Something so easily solved by just putting the code on the card on the desk or in their welcome text.||All the above contributed to a disappointing stay for a very expensive hotel in Tulsa.

My husband surprised me with a stay here for our 10 year anniversary, the same venue we were married at. The staff was extremely welcoming and the venue, while updated, still possessed its original charm. The attention to detail in the Dogwood room was amazing. Fresh cut flowers throughout, decorations and wet bar were above and beyond. The view was great too! A wedding was occurring downstairs, but you could hardly hear anything. Breakfast was brought to our door in the morning, and as with everything else, was thoughtfully put together and was amazing. 15/10.

We had a wonderful stay at the Harwelden Mansion. The rooms were exceptional and they embraced us bringing two young children. There was a loud disturbance during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to make it right. The staff were great and accommodating. The location was excellent and easy 15 minute walk to the Gathering Place. We look forward to staying again in the future!

The people have done a good job at restoring the historical mansion. Lot’s of interesting history. The suite was fine.|The Mansion as a bed and breakfast comes up woefully short. We were shown our room and then the young lady left the property. No one else there. Had to call for help on the phone as our TV did not work. Our welcome amenity was a handful of M&Ms and nuts. We went outside to enjoy the evening on the back patio and there was no furniture. There were iron chairs down under the trees with bird poop on them. Back had not been cleaned with leaves etc. on steps. Breakfast comes between 8:30-9:00am when they want to serve it. Not a drop of fresh coffee anywhere.NONE! Your expected to use the standard Motel in room coffee pot which is terrible. The basket breakfast would be great at a women’s tea party. Nothing substantial. There is also no covered parking. We have stayed in far better places for a lot less money. $700-950 per night for this? Disappointing!

Recently married here and it was a wonderful experience! We had a relatively small wedding which ended up being perfect for an indoor event at the mansion. We're so glad we chose the Harwelden as our venue. It was such a unique and beautiful place to get married! The interior and exterior of the property are equally stunning. Every room has been thoughtfully designed and cared for, and the grounds are gorgeous as well.
When we booked our event, rental packages and amenities were clearly laid out for us. Amber was responsive to inquiries and concerns regarding our wedding and was able to re-direct us when our requests didn't line up with Harwelden policies. Tyler made sure everything was set up the way we asked and offered several helpful suggestions. I'm very grateful to have worked with such accommodating and helpful people!
