Rob and his team, including Ashley, recently catered a family party for us. Everything was absolutely perfect. We were a relatively small party, and coming together from various locations. But we were treated to a high level of service. Rob helped us design a versatile menu that pleased everyone in our varied group of ages and tastes. Every item was a hit.

Catered my daughter's wedding @Blue Moon Rising (Deep Creek Lake).
Very professional and had thoughtful suggestions as well as asked questions that let you KNOW he is experienced and would do their best to help make the day the best it could be.
Arrived early, staff were very attentive, and food was very delicious. We had herb seasoned chicken breast, herb seasoned salmon, roasted potatoes, green beans, salad, pasta with marinara and alfredo sauces, sweet tea, lemonade, water.
Some of the guest's comments were:
“This meat is so tender! Are you sure it wasn’t cooked on site?”
(it was not cooked on site, but an hour away) Wow, how did they keep it soo tender?"
“I don’t like salmon, but this is great!”
“The catering staff (the lady in charge) made sure everything was going as expected and was super nice and attentive.”
“These potatoes are seasoned PERFECTLY! So delicious!”
“Where is this caterer located? How far do they travel?”
“I hope you are tipping them well. They are great!”
There was plenty of food. The only thing that we didn't have to take home was the roasted potatoes...I guess our group REALLY liked them a lot!

This may be the 2nd review I've ever written in my life...but this company is so deserving of the few minutes this may take. Our dad was turning 97 on Sunday and us 6 kids were planning a big party for him at his house. We always pitch in and do all the cooking. This year we decided to use a caterer for the main items. Boy are we glad we did!!! This catering company is unlike any other catering company we've ever known. They are leaps and bounds better than anyone. Every single person was asking where the food came from. It is amazing in every way. Our brother lives in Uniontown and they set him up with a hot box to bring the food to the house in Glassport which was almost an hour away. And this was on a Sunday! The chicken was the best I've ever tasted! That was the consensus throughout the day. Thank you Hartsek Catering for making our party a huge success!!!! We are all so grateful for a company that takes service to a whole new level!!!!!! So rare these days to find such professionalism and quality all in one.

Hartsek Catered our wedding, the food was outstanding, the guests LOVED the food. They offer accommodation meals for those with dietary restrictions & it meant a lot to our guests! They made sure my husband I were served top priority and took all the responsibility off us! Can’t recommend them enough! The menu is so expansive and all of what were served was amazing!

I LITERALLY hope you have the opportunity to read this review! This company is nothing short of AMAZING! I have had two weddings and many church functions catered by them. Their food is delicious and they have the BEST help working for them! I urge you to hire this company for ANY catering need you may have! The food at my son's wedding yesterday was so good! Please do yourself a favor and call them for your next occasion!

Rob and his crew are awesome to work with! Rob catered our daughter's wedding and everything was amazing. The food was delicious and plentiful. We received so many compliments on the food. Rob was very accommodating with our menu. Rob and his crew went above and beyond to make everything special for our daughter and son in law.
