Wonderful place! Stopped here for one night on our way home from south FL. We weren't sure where we were going to stop so I booked this place when we were about a half hour away after reading the reviews and the recent ones seemed very positive. We got here and the lady working was already checking in someone else. I had overheard her saying something about the keys not working. When she got to me she seemed frazzled and I asked what was wrong. She said the system to make the keys wasn't working but she could take us up to the room to get in. Wasn't a big deal for me since we were only staying the night. While checking me in, a few others had come in to also check in. She kept her composure and got to everyone as quickly as she could and took groups of us to our rooms. She later dropped off our room keys. I feel like she handled the situation very professionally! (I asked in the morning and I believe her name is Shay, but the lady working at 8pm on 3/28/25 needs to be commended for staying calm in a stressful situation!)
I was very pleased with the room. It felt clean and roomy. I booked a 2 queen and had plenty of room for our pack n play between one of the beds and the wall and still can walk by the pack n play between the bed! Had plenty of room for our stuff to go. The fridge is a nice plus to be able to get our food out of the cooler for the night.
The shower head is higher on the wall which is good for us tall people, good pressure, hot water, full shampoo/cond/body wash/lotion available. This was nice since I had left my big suitcase in the car and just had my change of clothes with me. It was so convenient that I didn't have to run to the car to dig my shower stuff out (and it smells really nice in my opinion). If I have one negative thing to say it was that the housekeeper forgot to put bath towels in the bathroom. My husband went to the desk to get some. The lady didn't have any right there but she brought some to the room within minutes, again, great guest service!
There is a black out curtain covering the window which is appreciated so we can get rest in the dark and not be bothered by parking lot lights.
Breakfast at was plenty and the variety was great. Had a hot meat, hot potato and eggs. The two ladies working the breakfast area we're keeping everything clean and stocked and greated us.
We didn't visit the pool so I can't comment on that.
This was a wonderful stop on our long 3 day journey home. I will definitely stop here again should we find our way down here in the future.

This Hampton Inn was very clean, dog friendly, and had a delicious continental breakfast. The thing that made it stand out was Sabrina at the front desk. She made us feel like family and made it a very warm and inviting atmosphere. She exceeded expectations and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Based on the overall experience I had at Hampton Inn, I will always choose to stay with them again. I'm new at truck driving. This hotel offered more than I could have expected. Some highlights include
1. Both font desk clerks that answered the phone provided excellent customer service.
2. The outside view of the hotel when I arrived was immaculate, same as when I departed.
3. The front desk clerks were as friendly in person as on the phone, offering great advice to my questions about the area. They even offer fresh baked cookies.
4. The lobby and common areas are spacious and well kept.
5. Thus far, I was blown away. However, when I entered my room, not only was it beautiful, but it also featured detail a guest might need. I promise the photos are just a smaller picture of everything.
6. Let's not even mention their breakfast 😁. They have so much to choose from that I'm sure you will be satisfied; eggs, sausage, seasoned potato wedges, waffles, pastries, instant grits/oatmeal, coffee, tea, juice, fruits, etc.
This overall experience is by far my best. I managed the housekeeping department at the Air Force Lodging, so I conducted many room inspections behind my staff. I can say that the person who cleaned my room would have been scored 90%. They did a good job.

Originally, I booked a room for myself and my mother at the Hilton express in which at the time did not know it was closed down. In a panic looking for another hotel, We arrived at 2:30 AM in the morning and was welcomed by Mark the hotel hostess, who was very sweet and kind he was able to give me and my mother a room after hearing about our horrible experience. Mark made sure that my mother who is disabled had a room on the first floor near the breakfast area. Later on that day we were greeted by Julia, who was very pleasant and kind as well. She made sure that we did not want for anything. Any questions or any concerns that I had she made sure she addressed them in a timely matter. She even went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were taken care of outside of the normal cleaning schedule. This is not just with me, but I’ve witnessed this with other guests throughout the day. You could tell she loves what she does and she takes pride in her job. I witness Julia walk throughout the hotel herself to make sure things were operating smoothly. She even makes fresh cookies for her guest!! Later on that night. I was then greeted and welcome by Antwan, who in the middle of the night was up and alert, was able to accommodate my needs for my mom who needed water, not only that I purchased water and other items but he also offered to help me carry them to my room. I thought that was really sweet. Not often you get to experience such great customer service. Hampton Inn took a horrible experience for me and my mother and made it an amazing stay. I will give this place a 10! From the staff, cleanliness and just the looks inside and out! Tell Julia, Angela sent you!

The property was nicer than expected and very clean and well maintained. I stay at a lot of hotels in this price range so I can say; this is among the nicest. ||But what REALLY made my stay was Julia, who at the front desk at check in but was the Assistant General Manager. ||Sometimes you get really professional people with no personality, no “heart”. And sometimes you get people that are very nice, but unfortunately don’t try very hard at their jobs. ||Julia is the rare exception. She was completely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. But also, warm and genuine. She just seemed to genuinely care. And sometimes that’s missing. ||Brains and heart! What more could you want? She really made my stay. ||I will be staying here if I ever come back to Valdosta area again.

GAVE OUR ROOM AWAY. We reserved this hotel on the app, received the confirmation, got to the hotel at 9:30pm, they had "SOLD OUT" signs on the doors. They canceled our reservation and gave our room to someone else and of course there were no other rooms available. The only reason I gave a 2 star for service was that one of the 3 ladies found us a room at an Econo Lodge 10 miles south in Jennings, FL. I called Hilton Rewards and they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours on a resolution or some kind of compensation. I'll edit this letting you know the outcome.

Beds were rock hard ,pillows so soft they curled around your head (no support) Breakfast just horrible walk across road to Hardee's, not sure to blame the hotel cook person but certainly the hotels food purchasing needs addressed ASAP !!!
