This was a very convenient stop for us on our way south. The hotel is located right near the freeway, and there were restaurants within an easy drive of the hotel. The hotel itself is a typical Hampton with a comfortable bed, a good night of sleep, and a typical Hampton breakfast. No complaints about this hotel at all. The staff, though, seemed a little bit distant both at check-in, and at checkout. Not a real issue, though.

Stays at Hampton are usually great but this particular location had their breakfast put away by 9 and we were offered yogurt and cereal as an option. Not pleased with front desk check in either..lady was seated entire time..did not smile and looked irritated the entire stay for us. Will not return there.

Hotel was clean. Desk help needs some training. Their desk help had issues with many tasks are done on a regular basis. Hotel was just updated and looks good. It was a bit noisy till about 11 pm. Breakfast was a disaster most items were empty. They finely brought out the sausage and then waited 15 minutes for eggs. There should be no excuse, they knew how many guests were there.

I am an Executive Platinum member of a competitive Hotel chain. I decided to try this Hotel because I have been disappointed with the other chain's properties of late. I just completed a 3 night stay and I was delighted. The rooms were more comfortable, more modern with a decent TV and a walk in shower. Food was above average. I will stay at this hotel again.

Went here with my Color Guard team for wold champs- HORRIBLE experience. We all had rooms on the third floor and they all looked good, until we found one of the rooms had a clogged shower drain. We talked to the staff and were told that maintainance wasn't coming by until the Monday after our stay, and left us with it. They lied about that, as maintainance came by the next day, but the members in the room had left the do not disturb sign up. Instead of calling our trip supervisor and asking, they left the room as is and we again asked for the drain unclogged. The front desk suggested that we should fix it ourselves, or have rooms moved. We couldn't have rooms moved due to MINORS needing to stay with their group, and were told to deal with it. One of our chaperones got them to actually take care of it, and after the staff threw a tantrum and our director had to apologize to them for making them do their jobs. They claimed they were about to kick our whole team out. HORRIBLE. Not even the worst part either! A large group of men in suits (who had obviously been doing drugs) were put on the same floor as us, and they walked around the hallways talking about how there was a lot of teenage girls staying on the floor. These men were mid thirtys, and proceeded to knock on the door of a group of teenage girls in the group and pretend to be room service, then run off like kids laughing. This scared the girls and the front desk refused to do anything about it. Oh, and general things? Horrible brekfast selection, which had literally only 3 hot options, and 2 not hot options, they were always out of something during brekfast time, no staff was anywhere to be found during the day, general staff were rude and dismissive, and I had the worst hotel stay of my life. The hotel isnt even near anything, either! Every drive is at least 30 minutes.Would never return, not even for money.

Been here the last 2 weeks in a couple of different rooms. They are nice and well kept. Mattresses are soft and a little uncomfortable, pillows too but the hot breakfast is good coffee is always available and the gym and pool.are nice

My family and I stayed here for one night, customer service was great, clean and modern rooms, and breakfast was very good. I recommend this place for short/long stays.

Positive: Cleanliness and location Negative: The water in the shower was barely warm and quickly became cold, making it a very quick shower. I told the desk clerk about it when I left.
