Let me start with the good, the staff was always very friendly and helpful with any issues we had. So as far as customer service goes, I commend the staff for a job well done.
Now the other stuff, this place is older and in need of some serious updates. The beds are comfy, but the room itself looks like the last update was done in 96’. The shower was luke warm, the bathroom vent was right above it, making it kinda chili to shower in. The pool was “closed for maintenance” which wasn’t as much as worked on the entire week we were there. However, they do have an agreement with a local gym for people to go there, so if you want to swim, that’s what will need to be done. Breakfast, they offer zero healthy options, it’s half stocked at best, and the food from QT that’s been under a heat lamp all morning is better than what this place serves. Good thing for them, their location is prime for plenty of great places to eat within a mile of it. Also, in case you missed it, because apparently I did. They tried to charge us $5 a day for parking without even asking us if we had a car here. I was able to call and dispute it with them to have it removed, but the fact they never checked or asked makes it hard to charge someone based on assumption. This place is in a great location, but I will stay somewhere else when we come back.

Stayed for a volleyball tournament and had a long day of driving. This place was disgusting. From the front door that didn't close properly where you could see daylight, to the bed that still had hair in it from the last occupant. We asked for fresh sheets which we did get, but the door was still a concern as you could've just pushed it open to get inside. We used the latch lock which sufficed. Bathroom sink had some opaque yellow mucous in it too. So we took lots of pictures and will be asking for a refund. Front desk lady was nice but you could sense she didn't want to deal with anyone. It was a late check in for us and we we're to tired to find another room somewhere else. Also my sister in law had a reservation the same night as us and they gave her room away and refused to help her find a new room elsewhere. We will not be back.

Water was cold on 2nd day...i was staying for work due to the weather being snowy and icy but should still have a hot shower.. Everything else, Pretty good. I work overnights so the shades weren't the best for sleeping during the day. All in all wont complain i at least made it to work.

The desk staff and location were all ok, but the room was absolutely disgusting. Mold in the bathroom, dirty bed sheets and toilet dispenser falling out of the wall. The photos show you what the quality of the cleaning looked like. I was so sick after one night there I checked out. You could smell the mold in the bathroom. Would stay anywhere else but here. This location has deteriorated and they don't seem to care about cleanliness. I am a Hilton Honors member but this stay has damaged their brand in my eyes.

The hotel staff were very friendly and ready to help! The room was an issue. It was not clean. The bathroom was disgusting. There was a clump of long hair on the shower wall. The caulking in the shower was dirty, peeling and discolored. It felt dirty! The shower had a long handlebar right where you stand under the shower and the shower is so small that you can't help but brush against it. Yuck! There is also a vent right above the shower head in the ceiling. It was not only filthy but it was very open and could have easily hidden a camera. Not cool!! There were little hairs all over the bathroom, the walls, the floor, by the sink. After the atrocious bathroom experience, I went straight to the bed to check for bugs, thankfully there were none! The bed was possibly the cleanest part of the room. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. The nightstand by the bed has something spilled on the side of it. So gross! I would absolutely not stay here again! We were here for a conference and only spent one night (a very short time) at the hotel. The hotel needs a lot of work. It is lacking the upkeep it needs and it shows. Also, The floor under the A/C was wet by morning.

If you look at my reviews I am not one to complain too often. This Hampton just seems to be very old and since I am someone who has always sworn by Hampton inn & suites I was quite disappointed.

A toilet bowl where the seat was only as high as my shin and it's not like I'm a really tall guy I'm only 5 ft 10.

The place is quite old and needs an update I've got scheduled a stay at Hampton inn & suites in Pennsylvania in September and I hope I don't find the same situation or I will permanently switch over to IHG.

I have included photos because I feel they can do the best job. You can decide for yourselves if you're used to Hampton inn & suites if this is a place you would want to stay at.

We were a group of 11 women in 4 rooms. First, our door handle came off in my hand when I tried to open it from the inside. I took it to the front desk and they repaired it while we were out that evening. The bathrooms need mold removal, new caulk and clean tubs, as well as new light fixtures. These were gross. Tiles were loose and felt like they were set in pea gravel, the adhesive had deteriorated so badly. The icing on the cake is when we all went down for coffee the next morning and they had NONE! They said their machine had been down for 4 DAYS! We went to the gas station down the street for coffee.

The layout of the hotel and rooms are nice but our room didn't feel clean. Mold in the shower, loose tiles around the bathroom floor. Bed was too firm for us. Furniture was old, but not in a good way. Pool looked nice but we didn't swim. Best part was the included breakfast. Nice selection. Fresh waffles!
