I stayed twice within a 7 day span and experienced two drastically different hotel rooms: one was nice and the other needed updating. Worth noting, there appears to be some ongoing construction and renovation, but all that was visible was deconstructed walls and areas of disrepair. No active work was apparent. The pool was closed on the first visit for maintenance but open the second visit. Breakfast was decent; I went at the same time both stays and one stay had very few guests while the second there wasn't enough seating for our group of 4.

Standard Hampton Inn. Check in and check out were easy. Breakfast was your typical cereal, scrambled eggs and sausage. Our room was quite large and even had two king beds instead of two queens and were quite comfy. Also featured a mini fridge which we didn’t use. Overall, no complaints and a good stay.

There is a “parking recovery fee” charged on checkout but not listed when you initially book your reservation. The fees are buried on Hilton’s page but the charge is lower than what is listed on the website. The hotel itself is falling apart and based on other reviews whatever renovations are occurring appear to be taking a long time. Seems like some real issues with water or a leaking roof. The pool is still out of service as of 3/30/2025.

The bed was comfortable, but the peeling wallpaper in the room made the room feel dingy. The shower has good water pressure.

Breakfast was decent and coffee is available all day. The staff were all very nice. Overall the term I would use is “serviceable.”

I stay at many Hilton properties all over the country for my job, and this one in particular is great. The staff is amazing. Rob, Lilly, and Jordyn went above and beyond to help me, and I really appreciate it.

We were traveling to a dog show with our Newfie and this was the 1/2 way there area. I called at 10 pm and they had a room and were fine with a midnight arrival. Was careful to inquire about their dog policy because Newfs are big and we have gotten places with saying dog friendly to find they don’t take larger dogs. Walked in and the manger greeted us with a huge smile, dog cookies, and came around the counter to live on her! Everyone in the morning same thing! Not mention the room was beautiful, the breakfast delicious, and the stay though short enjoyable.

I booked my daughters sweet 16 here. When I arrived they had a sign that said pool was closed. Speaking to the lady at the desk she assured me that I could cancel the 2 rooms and wouldn't get charged here. I looked on my account the next day and to my surprise they did. I have reached out to management have left voicemails n can't even get a call back. Every time I call I get sent to voicemail. This hotel had no problem taking money when I was assured they wouldn't and can't even get a call from management...

Staying at this hotel was a bad experience. Check-in was fine, nice receptionist. The entire building is very worn and tired…. old furniture and carpets, wall paper peeling from the walls, and one section of the hallway where it was peeled off and forgotten, looking like it’s from “demo day” on a popular cable home show. Old swipe room keys, and my room lock stopped working. The front desk person used some kind of tool to let me in, but said no maintenance staff was working, so I had to remain in the room or get locked out again. The “full breakfast” was very sparse. Finally, this hotel is advertised as having “complimentary parking”. When I later received my pdf room invoice via email, I noticed I was charged for two days of “parking recovery fee”. This is outright theft, especially since I didn’t even drive or park there.
Traveler beware.

The room was clean and very much like most of the Hamptons that I have stayed at, which has been quite a few. The heater/ac unit was kind of loud, which was a bummer. Looked like maybe there was some remodeling under way in the hallway, as a lot of the wall paper was torn off, no big deal. I'm a bit of a hotel snob though, and it passed muster for me. However, there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. I don't mean it was empty, I mean, NOT provided. I had to go down to the front desk and request conditioner. I have never had to do that. Ever! Super inconvenient if you're already in the shower. The lady at the front desk was delightful though. Also, even though this hotel is not in the city, rather right off the highway on an access road with several other hotels, they charge for parking. The fee is nominal, their website says $5.12, but it's very strange. I have never paid for hotel parking outside of a cities downtown area. I did check, for comparison, none of the other hotels on that road charge for parking. I would probably stay here again, because the location is convenient, but I will be sure to grab conditioner on my way up the first time.
