My family stayed here in mid-January.
The room cleanliness and service were both wonderful, and it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in during my trip to the West of the United States. I'm planning to stay here again next time if I have an opportunity to visit Prescott.
I felt awesome throughout my 3 night stay thanks to the kind and friendly reception staffs. (Especially long hair lady staff when I checked in. I don't know her name😅)

We stayed here for work. It was a great location near the job site with many stores and restaurants around. It was clean and well maintained. The service was exceptional from the front desk to housekeeping. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Jaime is the best. She comp upgraded my workmate to a larger room which is good because working on the road we get very few comps. Management please take care of her like she took care of us.

The rooms are ok and the staff is great but they have some kind of motion detector on the ac unit and the room was stifling hit in the middle of th night even though we had the ac on as low as it would go. Only way to get it to cool again was to jump around next to the door. No good. They are saving pennies on utilities and turning away customers.

We stay here when we visit relatives in PV. Clean room. Small bathroom. Facilities work. Dog friendly. Free standard breakfast. If you have a dog, try for room 100. It’s close to the exit and close to the dog bags. It’s a larger room with coffee maker, frig, and microwave.

I traveled to Prescott Valley for work, and the staff here went the extra mile to help me. Special thanks to Jamie at the front desk, who recommended a nearby restaurant for dinner (Gabby's Grill) and told me about an airport shuttle service (Groome Transportation) that goes from the hotel to Phoenix Sky Harbor, a $200 savings. I arrived at the hotel before my room was ready, and the staff kindly stored my suitcase and belongings. Comfortable spot.

Overall a nice hotel! The only issue with our room was the blow dryer. It was old and the power cord was so dry it wouldn't even stretch to use it over the vanity.

I stay here due to work and every time I check in, the night staff are super friendly and great to talk to. I love checking in and seeing them at the desk. Breakfast is great as well. Love it
