This hotel is so well run with a staff of caring, friendly people who actually strive to make your stay PERFECT! We are long overdue in writing this review as we have been coming to this hotel every year for over 15 years! The Manager, Gina Nunez is a fully hands-on, team member that truly connected to every facet of this finely tuned machine! Paula, Lindy, Jessica and Mia have always greeted us with a smile and go above and beyond to make sure our stay is perfect each and every time. I would not stay anywhere else when we come into the area because we KNOW it could never be as good as the Hampton Inn Surprise! I cannot say enough good things about the exquisite guest experience here from the service staff, the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast team, all truly care about the guests. The hotel, the rooms, the pool and delicious breakfast every day are incredible!

Located behind the Denny’s, it is far enough back from the road to help reduce the road noise and isolated from street activity. Staff were great and attentive. Early evening cookies were a welcome touch. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast provided adequate choices for quick morning pick me up. The location has easy access to Grand Blvd (Hwy 60) and was close to everything we needed to see.

Super clean and up-to-date. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they have a ton of employees that are always cleaning around the hotel. The breakfast is fantastic with a slightly different hot breakfast each day. There's a 24 hour coffee station available, grab and go breakfast bags, and late night cookies 🍪 The pool and hot tub are well-maintained. We loved our stay and had zero issues!

The breakfast was a surprise. The bagels, individual boxed cold cereals, hot selections were all good. The hotel was nice and clean. The front desk staff was competent. Although they were not what one would call friendly. I would stay there again.

We stayed here recently for my son's baseball tournament. We stay in this hotel class often, and I thought this was a good one. I LOVED that they have a filtered water machine in the lobby! The woman working the desk when we checked in late Friday night was super friendly and helpful.

Have been awesome each time I’ve stayed. Front desk has been super helpful and friendly each stay, they even remembered my name last visit from the previous visit. Always offer extra bottles of water on check in, and call up to see if everything in the room is up to par. Keep it up!

Great hotel at a fair price. It’s clean and in good shape. Outdoor pool and hot tub is nice. They have a water fill station that has cold filtered water. Break fast is good and has hot food, waffles and more. Everyone is very nice. Free cookies sometimes. The only thing I can nitpick on is the pop and candy in the machines are cheaper than the exact same thing in the suite shop by the front desk. I would stay here again!
