I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is situated in a prime location, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Whether you are in town for business or leisure, the location is ideal for accessing restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

The rooms were fantastic—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were especially cozy, which made for a great night's sleep after long days of activities. The room was equipped with all the amenities one could need, including a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and free Wi-Fi, which worked flawlessly. I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping the room spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay.

What truly stood out was the service. The staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. From the warm welcome at check-in to the assistance provided during my stay, their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a nice touch, offering a good variety of hot and cold options.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service. I look forward to returning in the future!

Decent breakfast for a hotel. Great location close to a lot of food/coffee/grocery. Hotel is clean and staff was nice to us. But the BEDS ARE GOD AWFUL!! We have 5 rooms in our group and no one is sleeping well bc the beds and so hard and lumpy and springy and impossible to get comfy in. Please invest in some new mattresses. After reading several reviews this issue has been talked about over and over. Get new beds!

Highly recommended this Hampton Inn! The entire staff are amazing! They went above and beyond to help our large group get settled. The room was spotless, pool clean and fun. Daughter liked the breakfast waffle bar. Will stay again.

As a Hilton Diamond and Marriott Gold member, I stay a 150 nights year in hotels . Believe me when I tell you, this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in 2024. I would avoid it.

Upon check-in, I selected the room I wanted to stay in; it was a first-floor room where I always stay when I’m at a Hampton Inn. However, this room was not available because they did not want to clean it.

The room we paid for was the larger room at the property and I stated there were three of us.. The room only had 2 towels, 2 wash clothes, and no extrabeeding for the couch. The front desk refused to bring this up to my room stating everyone had already left and they were at the desk. It was 3 pm…

I had multiple issues with the manager and the front desk that reflect poorly on this well-maintained property. The toilet was back up and they could not help us in the evening and the water didn't drain out of the tub. Front desk didn't care and had to take care of this myself.

My son and his friends just came back to the hotel after having dinner accosted and verbally abused by the front manager for playing games on the third floor - they literally just walked past him and the call just came down as they walked back in last the front desk.

Overall, the property is well-maintained, but the management and the people there don’t care about the people that are staying there and give Hilton a bad name.

Clean, accommodating, modern, excellent staff, close to the freeway, lots of different restaurants and coffee shops very close. Nice breakfast on site with different options, like hot and cold. Fruit, coffee, tea, cocoa, waffles, pancakes, eggs, breakfast sausages, bacon, yogurt, cereal, muffins & toast etc. breakfast food! They even did food bags for those on the go at the front desk! Super nice & thoughtful! All the staff were kind & cheerful! Love this location in Gilbert!!! Very clean!! Accommodations for my needs. Wonderful staff!!! Beds so comfy!! I have stayed 5 times at this location in 2 months due to moving. Great hotel!

It's a very decent hotel, the only issues I had was, there's no microwave to heat up leftovers, the TV went out in middle of the night and had to reset and waking up to tractors which is obviously uncontrollable. But is a nice hotel. Customer service was very well as well. Thank you for a night away from home.

I could hear the person next door taking. Paper thin walls. The peoples’ attitudes were terrific, the breakfast was good, very clean rooms.
