Had a job on the near by Army base so the. Company put us here. The rooms are clean and nice. Spacious with great bathrooms. The free breakfast wasn't bad at all. Would stay again.

Seven Interior Spaces

We were able to check in via Hilton app but still made an appearance at the front desk just to say hi. Jasmine greeted us with a smile and was friendly and courteous throughout our stay. She informed us of the amenities to take advantage of on the property and the restaurant gems near the property. Jasmine made our stay comfortable and went above and beyond the call of duty.

Hilton staff were fantastic , from front desk staff to housekeeping and dining staff all the way up to the General Manager Amy. Hilton staff addressed our concerns with speed and efficiency while genuinely caring about keeping us pleased with their service. Our stay was extremely comfortable and we hope to return soon to enjoy the pool next time.

Excellent service by front desk and breakfast attendant! The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The room was not very clean though. Dirty sheets and just wasn't cleaned thoroughly. I also didn't receive my room cleaning service after staying more than two days.

Positive: The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel in a long time. The fresh waffles, different kinds of sausage, and eggs, cereal, fresh blueberry muffins was really good. Negative: Lack of service. I would elaborate, but there's not enough room in this space to put all my complaints.

Front desk staff is awful. When we checked in we were greeted with glares from the front desk clerk who was sitting in the breakfast area with what appeared to be her family. We had a 2 queen suite, with pull out couch. There were not enough pillows, so we went to front desk to ask for 2 pillows. Told there were no pillows. Early the next morning our son vomited in the bathroom, we called the front desk to ask if they could bring up some cleaner and rags so we could clean the bathroom. Call #1- call back in 10 min. Call #2- I don't know where cleaner is, housekeeping does not come in until 10 am (this was 6:30am) Call #3- I left a message for housekeeping, I can't find cleaner. After 1.5 hr we went downstairs, there was a person with a bottle of cleaner wiping tables in breakfast area. At that point front desk clerk gave us a bottle of cleaner, which was located right next to her. We requested additional towels, when the head of housekeeping (Emily) came up she was extremely friendly. When I inquired about additional pillows she said they were available, and that the front desk should have provided us with them the night before. At that point we cancelled the remainder of our stay and checked out. There were 3 different front desk clerks during our short stay. Each of them was rude and seemed irritated that they were asked for help, not welcoming or friendly at all. We ended up moving to the Holiday Inn Express just down the road on 280 in Phenix City---the staff there was exceptional! Rooms, hotel itself and pool were clean.

Probably one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at and one of the nicest receptionist to check in with. The only problem I had was the person who booked it got my email address wrong and the sausage for breakfast wasn’t the best. Other than that it’s great and going to still give them a 5 star!

I've stayed at many Hampton Inns but this one was quite different. The staff were all very unfriendly, one even got in a verbal altercation with a customer in the breakfast area. It was very awkward. The carpet was still wet when we entered the room, there were two red wine stains they'd attempted to remove but didn't succeed. On the positive side the bed was comfortable,

The room was unclean and there were multiple roaches. We notified the front desk and their response was that the maintenance staff was off on the weekend. There was no concern for our well being or comfort or efforts to assist. So now we risk the potential of bringing back roaches home. The breakfast was not worth it either.
