Stayed a few days with my dad and my aunt while my mom was in the hospital. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean, well stocked, and nice. Breakfast is delicious and there is always a variety to choose from. The coffee is really good too. It may not have been for a fun trip, but it was really a good environment when I would leave the hospital for the evening and get to the hotel and the staff made you feel at home. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

This was our first vacation in Oklahoma. If all Oklahomans are like the staff at this Hampton, then this is a great state! The hotel is very clean. The rooms are quiet. The lobby and exercise rooms are always clean. Housekeepers, kitchen staff, guest services were all hospitable, helpful, and overall - wonderful!! We will be back.

The staff was friendly, questions answered without complaint or eye rolling. The breakfast staff was wonderful. They were very attentive and did well keeping up with multiple sports teams staying there.
The only service issue was that the lobby coffee bar was never restocked from the morning. The coffee in the afternoon was cold, and the hot water for tea was empty, both days of my visit.
The room was clean, nothing fancy but meets expectations. Overall, I would stay here again.

Highly recommend avoiding the hotels in this immediate area. High rate of vehicle break ins here. Met with broken car window glass right next to the side entrance first thing going into the hotel then 2 hrs later multiple vehicles had their windows smashed out. Watched it happen first hand. Local police advised this area is a hot spot for it. Front desk employee was nice and promptly refunded our 2 hr stay and we left. Room was clean. Mattress wasn’t the greatest.

Need to at least service bathrooms daily. I used handicapped room. Need instructions for operating the shower...first day I had a weak stream from the shower, second day never got a drop of water thru the shower. Need a soap source at faucet end of tub rather than high on back of stall. A waterproof chair to use in bathroom would have been VERY helpful. Since I washed my hair, needed more than 2 towels--if I hadn't been alone would have been impossible. (No problem when I requested extra towels for my second night.) Breakfast was tasty. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.

It’s a clean hotel with super friendly staff. Sheila and Tyshon really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and warm during a historic snow storm and cold snap.
Location was perfect for our work trip and purpose. Right off the turnpike.
