I would give zero stars if I could. Stayed three nights and the moment I stepped in I could tell they had me down as a certain type, they charged a $350 deposit and told me “if you’re a good adult you’ll get it back.” Weird.

I am a smoker, but I know they would see me come down multiple times a day to the back smoking area outside the pool to smoke and they tried to give me a no smoking talk in the room.

Then I’m in my room listening to music on my phone , no speaker or anything just the speaker off my phone and they come knocking about a noise complaint. Whatever, I turn it off and go to bed.

I get up clean the room, strip the beds for them and put everything in a pile and clean all garbage and went down and checked out on time.

Received my final receipt and they kept the $350 deposit and said the linens were damaged and that’s why they kept it? And said I checked out at 12:13, when I know I checked out at 12 on the dot because the lady asked me to hold on a minute and I look down at my phone and it was 12:01, and I left the building at 12:11. So from the jump it seemed they already had a label on me.

Haven’t even bothered to mention the constant attitude from staff when going down for extra towels because not a single day did housekeeping come by.

I also called and the lady already knew who I was and was extremely rude and dehumanizing.

Overall the stay was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

Room was nice, pretty big, the ac worked very well compared too other hotels I've stayed in. The bed was uncomfortable though. It was flat, and hard. Along with the pillows they were flat. The bathroom door was kinda weird will say. Very spacious room. Staff was very polite. The breakfast was decent, food was a bit stale. Had a great valentines day with my boyfriend.

Absolutely loved staying here! My wife and I travel quite a bit and this Hampton inn was one of the best places we’ve stayed! The service was fantastic, room was top notch (stayed in a king suite) breakfast was scrumptious and bed was very comfortable (which is hard to find)
I would recommend this place to anyone! My wife also loved the gym and pool!

I had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn & Suites! The gym was fantastic—clean, well-equipped, and perfect for keeping up with my workouts while traveling. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to every taste. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. My room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Positive: The beds were phenomenal! The pillows felt like clouds. Which was very welcoming after a long day of traveling. The pool and pool area was very clean and a fun time with the family. Breakfast was delicious with a wide array of food items. Negative: My family and I did a 2 night stay. The first night there was a dog in the room next to us that would not stop barking. All the noise eventually woke up our 6 month old. Second night was a repeat of the first. Next trip, pet friendly hotels are a no go.

Handicap accesible room. Wheelchair shower was wonderful. The problem was the bed was too high to get into. Wheelchair bound people need a lower bed to access. Rest of room was fine.

Very clean and comfortable room. Perfect stay for visiting family in the area. Continental breakfast was not good though, expected better quality. Front desk was great with check in and check out. Parking was easy. We would definitely stay agin.

Hampton Inns are more go-to hotels when I travel. This was our first night's stop on our road trip. I saved about 25% staying here rather than the one down in Youngstown. ||The place was nice. The room was very clean and big (King Room) on the top floor. I would say the hotel was about 75% capacity based on the parking lot. It was very quiet. We slept well. We usually skip out on the hot food for breakfast, but we had some time, so we ate there. It's standard Hampton Inn stuff. Eggs, Sausage, Biscuit and Gravy. Cranberry Juice. Not exactly Cracker Barrel, but not bad either. Since it is included, all the better.||My interaction with the front desk at check in and my dropping the key cards in the morning we very warm and welcoming. It was a good stay.
