Positive: I liked that the hotel allowed pets. Negative: Our bathroom floor felt very weak & sank when you stepped on it. In the shower, the tub also sank in. The front desk changed our room & we experienced the same with that bathroom, but not as severe. The AC did not work. For $150, it was not worth it.

We have stayed here several times on our journeys to and from Missouri from Arizona. It is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Jasmine was so welcoming when we arrived exhausted and worn from our trip back home following my mother’s funeral.

Make a point of staying a night here. Nice motel with great rooms. Beds very comfy with us a must for us. Great hot breakfast too. Exceptionally clean and nicely appointed. We always pick top floor and they have elevators. Checkin staff friendly and accommodating

I’ve had two previous good experiences here but this week has me frustrated. I was unable to get my digital access to the room. This bothers me but not a deal breaker. I had to return to the desk for departure time to get new key cards because they kept deactivating. Twice I had to wait a long time due to the desk unattended. Our tv was in and out of service and they were unable to fix it. Said it was due to rain but there was no rain during stay. Individuals at front desk seemed lost and unable to help. Usually this is a nine factor because I check in and out digitally and never interact with team members. I travel 90% and this is unacceptable Hilton branding. We were missing covered on one bed that we didn’t use. I let the front desk know and they called me after check out and asked me if I had the covers.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve been to it was super clean, breakfast had a lot of variety breakfast items, tons of snacks to buy, the pool area was very nice and clean, the shampoo/conditioner smelt really good
I loved the coffee/tea bar that’s set out all day, all around a really nice hotel with friendly staff.

Came for a business meeting in boardroom.

Everything from entering until leaving was spotless. Staff very cordial and trained.
