Just don't stay here. The rooms are horrible and the service is even worse. I booked a king room and was given the "last" one which was the first floor next to the elevator and a handicap room. When I notified them I didn't want to be up all night from the nose of the elevator and that I didn't need a handicap room so it should be saved for someone that does, they said you picked that room type. You mean like I booked a king and this is your only room? I picked a king not a handicap room. The only way they would move me was if I paid to upgrade. So much for being a gold member!! It means nothing.

Now I get hurt my back bending down to the ground for the shampoo and be even angrier in the morning after no sleep with the constant buzzing if the elevator. Great customer service, not!

Save money stay in a hotel at the edge of Atlanta because the rooms are less expensive and nicer and use the money you saved for the gas out here if you need to come to this area, but I recommend you don't.

We stayed here for a wedding and all of the staff members were extremely hospitable and kind. It is not often that you get several employees like this in one hotel; from front desk to housekeepers were all very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were also very well kept and clean.

Nov 2024. Old and run down room, definitely not worth the price or up to the Hampton standard. We splurged for the more expensive hotel at the interstate exit, should've saved our money and gone with a cheaper place for half the price.

3rd floor room. Our Room was updated probably 15+years ago, and it showed. Scuffs and stains all over the walls. Pink mold growing in the shower--no tub. Grout/caulk old and cracking, cheap showerhead. Glass shower door wouldn't stay closed, kept rolling open while we showered. Loud exhaust fan that you couldn't turn off. Towels were clean but very rough and scratchy. Couch was worn out and tired looking. Didn't try to pull the hideaway bed out. Desk chair was worn.

Heat worked well.

Stairwell needed vacuuming. Didn't use the pool or gym.

Breakfast was fine, different each of the 3 mornings we were there. Staff was nice.

Would definitely not pay the price to stay here again. Felt ripped off.

The staff is always friendly, and the main lobby is well-kept. We stay here usually twice a year, and the staff is consistently hospitable. In my opinion, it is the best choice for my convenience as I have family in Toccoa.

I stopped to rest from my trip. This hotel is great for the price. Big, clean, and comfortable room. I will stop by on my return trip.

The hotel was off I 85 yet was quiet with very little traffic in & out. My check in was uneventful. The room was not as clean as I have come to expect with Hampton Inn. There were little pieces of black debri on the floor. I later identified them as pieces of asphalt from the parking area. Obviously sticking to shoes. The trash cans in the public areas were overflowing. The shower door would not close completely & the toilet was very difficult to flush. I did not report these until I checked out. Even then I did not get the feeling that this would be a priority.|The pool was cloudy and I only dangled my feet in it but it was slimy.|The breakfast was as expected. However, it was not restocked in a timely manner. When I asked for yogurt I was told there would not be any until a delivery the next day. The lady was not friendly. I had the same experience when I reported that the coffee urns were empty.|I would stay at his location again if I was in the area, however; I would hope for some improvements in housekeeping and maintenence.|Also staff with that smile and helpful attitude that i have encountered at other Hampton Inns.

The mattress was springy and felt cheap, leading to an uncomfortable sleep experience.

Pillows: 3/5
The four pillows provided were small but decent in quality.

TV Placement: 2/5
The TV was awkwardly positioned on the side of the bed, making it difficult to watch comfortably after a long day of meetings.

Bathroom: 3/5
The bathroom could use some attention and care. It wasn't dirty, but it felt worn out and in need of some maintenance.

Sheets and Towels: 5/5
Both the sheets and towels were clean, meeting expectations for hygiene.

Room Cleanliness: 4/5
The room was generally clean, though not spotless. A bit more attention to detail in certain areas would have been appreciated.

Air Conditioning: 4/5
The AC worked well and kept the room cool, but it was a bit noisy when quality sleep is important.

Coffee: 3/5
The coffee was hot and a stronger coffee would be ideal.

Parking: 5/5
Plenty of parking spaces available

Location: 5/5
The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a meal after work.

Staff: 5/5
The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast: 5/5
Although small, the breakfast offers all the essentials—eggs, bread, cereal, waffles, milk, coffee, and sausage.

Gym: 5/5
The gym is small but well-maintained, offering cardio equipment and a complete set of dumbbells, perfect for a quick workout.

Facilities 3/5:
The elevator is quite slow, and one was out of order during my stay, which made things less convenient. I also noticed a few ice dispensers were out of order, which was a bit disappointing.

No room safe: 0/5
It’s surprising that a hotel in this price range doesn't provide a basic amenity like a room safe. This was particularly inconvenient during a business trip when secure storage for valuables is essential.

Room Water bottles:
I was provided with two water bottles for a six-day stay as part of the Hilton Honors program. I requested a refill but was denied. It would be reasonable to provide an additional bottle upon customer request, especially for longer stays.

This stay was subject to my company’s booking arrangement and not my personal choice.
