I've stayed here on several different occasions and each time I've stayed I haven't had any complaints. It's quiet and comfortable. It doesn't smell and the free breakfast in the mornings is rather enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it. The only thig bad I'd say is......it's a bit pricey but other than that I give em a thumbs up.

Professional staff, rather new and well maintained hotel, tastefully decorated. Insane water pressure on third floor of four. Pet friendly, nice pool, and inquiries from staff about quality of stay and offering help to improve stay. As a traveling physician who has stayed in numerous Hampton, this is in the upper tier of that hotel class. I wish all these chains would use eggs rather than the preserved liquid ones, which I find inedible.

Rooms are very clean and nice. It wouldn't hurt to have better lighting, though. With super high ceilings, and basic hotel room lights, it can seem a bit like a dungeon. Add a torchiere to the rooms! Those complaining about highway noise, you knew where you were at when you checked in! Staff are pretty friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff are super cool, too. There is a Bojangles to the west of this hotel, if you want something to eat that's really good.

Rooms for clean, the bed comfort was awful. The mattress was extremely lumpy, and the pillows were awful, not supportive at all, and that's 50% of the stay. Terrible nights sleep.

This is my husbands favorite hotel to stay in Alabama. This was actually my first time.. I review everything We do so here’s my take on this place. Let’s start with the staff.

The staff at the front desk were nice and very informative. I’d like to say they were very patient too. I can always tell when someone is stressed or overwhelmed because of things happening or when it’s a lot of ppl needing things at once. I understand it for me it’s all how a person act with it, and they did very well. If it was me I’d probably run away ? jk jk the cleaning ladies did a great job when the rooms needed cleaning.

Being that I have children on the spectrum I need washers and dryers every where we stay so i couldn’t use theirs at the time the coins was jammed. However they gave me extra covers for my son’s cots and I appreciate that!

There is a pool out there but we never got to use it.. also a gym.. (we already get a workout hiking all the time) lol we’re on the go content creators by the time we get back we’re ready for bed ? btw those beds FEEL GOOD!

The hotel is literally down the street from a lot of restaurants! Also Walmart is close by too. Next door is bojangos ?

There’s a microwave/fridge/hairdryer available in the room.

If you receive the right room you’ll probably have a great Mountain View ❤️ we were on the side so we got to see a little nice view of it.

I didn’t have to use my own body soap etc because they have good ones there! It was so convenient getting in the shower and just have soap already there. And we took LOTs OF SHOWERS. While being there because it was most definitely hot during our stay!

We would most definitely stay again when we come back, thank you! ?

This hotel is great, but what makes this hotel even greater are the front desk staff - Mandy, Mikayla, and Gayle. In a sensitive situation, they fully supported my family and went above and beyond to help. The world needs more people like these ladies. They make Hampton Inn stand out from the rest.

Staff was extremely helpful (kudos to the whole team there!). Rooms were nice and clean, nicely sized. Continental breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel EXCEPT there is NO LOUNGE for gathering meeting spot to have a cocktail or beer. RTJ brings a lot of golfers. We like a spot to relax and tell the stories of the golf round
