Fantastic location between JTNP/Palm Springs and Temecula. Great service from Kristen! Room and lobby areas were super nice and clean. Pool area was nice to have and I definitely utilized, could have been a bit cleaner.

The beds were very comfortable and the room couldn't be cleaner or decorated nicely. The room was spotless.. not even a burned out light bulb or crooked picture. The manager and reception desk person could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I would give this hotel 5 stars except for the food/breakfast. The coffee was terrible. It seems the cook has not cleaned the coffee pot thoroughly as it tastes bitter and like week-old coffee. The fake scrambled eggs looked like a pile of yellow dust and the sausage and potatoes were undercooked. The entire breakfast looked really unappealing. So the cook/food was the only problem. I will gladly stay here again but run out to Circle-K down the street for their coffee and breakfast sandwich.

The hotel was clean. The breakfast lady was busy keeping everything filled. Was fun to visit with. Bacon was crispy (yes I ate it all) Front desk informative. I did have maid service. Only there 3 days.

There is not much in Hemet. But this Hampton Inn was a very pleasant surprise. Meeting a client in the area, I found the room well kept, the bed comfortable, and the location near newer shopping and conveniences. Ask for a room on the side away from the busy road nearby.

Check in Staff was very friendly and helpful. The fist room I check into must have had pets and smelled like a wet dog. Staff was quick to move me to another room, but while bathing the drainage cap came off exposing mold and mildew and i was a little grossed out. The vents were dusty with cobwebs.And during breakfast there was no syrup for waffles i asked the attendant for a refill and waited patiently but she never did so I just left .

If I could leave zero stars I would. I booked a room over a week in advance, I was given a confirmation and it said guaranteed. I go to check in and I'm told my room was canceled earlier. I knew the person at the desk gave my room to someone else bc she said priceline couldn't confirm and they should have contacted me to inform me of my cancelation, problem is I booked my room on their direct website, not priceline. I drove over 4 hours for this lady to make go seek a room very last minute. Never ever Hampton again.

This is the best hotel in Hemet. Maribel helps with breakfast and she was wonderful. Attended to the buffet, responded to questions with a smile, and refilled everything when things ran out.

I am in complete discontent with your Hotel's customer services!

I booked two rooms online through your company last night with the intention of not driving home after a big family event under subpar weather conditions that would jeopardize the safety of my family and young children.

When we were checking in, the front desk attendant denied our stay, claiming that he called a number that was not even mine and continuing to cancel my pre-paid reservation without truly notifying me. They continued charged me a full amount of $420 and rudely denied our stay, without even apologizing.

So my family (1 y/o, 7 y/o, senior parent, and pregnant wife) and I had to walk back to the car at 1:45 am, into under 45°F, heavily pouring rain, and drive back over 2.5 hours back home, on MY OWN BIRTHDAY WEEKEND, because someone else took the two Hotel rooms we had previously paid and reserved.

The customer service here is appalling. They don't care about anyone but taking our money and I am baffled at the way they treated my family under those conditions.

I'm in complete disbelief that this is coming from a high ranking Hilton, Hampton Inn.
We chose you over other Hotels, hoping for a more positive experience and I just cannot believe the way we were treated.
