Need more lighting in the rooms. Too dark even with every light on in the room.
All else was great. Clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.
There are plenty of choices for breakfast. The dark roast coffee was delicious.

Everything about this hotel is frustrating. The parking spaces are super tight and nowhere near a usable entrance because the hotel itself has a stupid layout where the lobby and main floor are actually on floor 2, not 1. That means that you have to climb stairs to use either side entrance. And since floor 1 is half underground, I’d advise against choosing a room on that floor. The rooms are SUPER dark. There were only 3 lightbulbs in the entire bedroom area and the bathroom was dark too. Oh and of course they also ran out of all the hot breakfast options by 830 and didn’t make anymore immediately, though only waited around 10 or 15 minutes so I guess they could have. Either way it was long enough to mean that I didn’t get any hot breakfast.

Great location, staff were very nice and Gregory the manager assisted with a nice upgrade when we arrived for a fee. The king fireplace suites are very nice with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Everything was clean and up to standard.

Best trip! I spent the night there with my husband and everything was perfect! The Manager Greg was friendly and professional. Jessica was awesome! Taya was so friendly. The property is so nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be back.

Decent hotel. Needs a little more attention paid to cleaning. Condition of amenities was pretty good. I always love Hampton Inn breakfasts and this was no exception. Very close to everything in Flagstaff. Hotel seemed very busy and full but parking was still easy.

Road trip, stop #10-||This Hampton Inn is located right off the freeway and is still very quiet. The hotel appears to be new but is in need of some updating. It's very dark and actually cold when the front doors would open, stay open and let in all of the freezing air!||The rooms were large and the AC was cold. The bed and shower were great. The ice machine on our floor was broken but there were many others to choose from. ||The weird thing about this hotel is the elevator. You expect the ground floor to be where the front desk and entrance should be but when you ride the elevator down, floor 1 is actually below the ground floor and is confusing. You will end up down by the indoor pool until you figure it out. 🙂 ||Out of a 15 day road trip with multiple stays through out the country in Hampton Inns, this was the only one with food on the ground in the breakfast area. Apparently the hotel has also removed all microwaves from the rooms and there is only 1 in the lobby for the entire hotel to share. There was food and spills all around it, especially during the morning breakfast. The employee who was responsible for the breakfast area appeared to ignore the food on the ground even after multiple trips to check the coffee area. It is the one thing I was disappointed in. This area is also very, very cold due to the front doors opening and staying open causing all the cold air to rush into the breakfast area. There is normally dark roast coffee at every Hampton but the employee told me she only had lightcoffee...we found that to be strange. ||Would still recommend this hotel at 8/10.

The room is badly light and near the highway. It is gloomy and very noisy. It goes not reflect Hilton standards or hospitality. Would not recommend this hotel unless like us came here to stay for new year eve celebration. Bedding is substandard.

I stayed in the king one bed suite with a kitchen. Room was modern and well maintained. Good breakfast was stocked and well maintained even after it was supposed to have ended due to alot of people still sgowing uo for breakfast just before 9. The pool and hot tub where great. Hot tub hot and the pool warm.
