I’m really not sure how this place has so many good reviews. My experience with this hotel was by far the worst ones I’ve ever had. We have only ever booked with Hilton, are diamond elite members for years, so we KNOW what things that come with that status are. My reservation was for a king room with a sofa bed, non smoking. Walked into the hotel to the guy at the front desk arguing with someone on the phone. Got the keys to the room, no sofa bed. I called down to the front desk asking if there was some sort of mistake. She then told me they gave away that room, which I booked over a week prior. We are supposed to have “room savings” with the status we have with Hilton. I asked to speak to a manager, since they were doing nothing to try to fix it (not even an apology), which I was told they wouldn’t be there until Monday. She said she would call the manager and try to fix it and call me back. I waited 15 min, no call back so I called down to the desk where it rang for a long time and finally the man at the desk answered, who was so incredibly RUDE and one of the meanest people I’ve ever come in contact with. He said “she didn’t call the manager and she’s not going to. I can give you his business card.” He proceeded to tell me there’s 0 available rooms and nothing they can do. I went down to the desk, finally they gave me keys to another room. I walked into this room and it was OCCUPIED. There were other peoples suitcases and belongings!!! I immediately walked out and went back downstairs and told them they gave me keys to an occupied room!!! After waiting AGAIN they finally switched me to another room, after claiming there were none available. During all of this, I was trying to get the man at the desk to sort it out with my dad on the phone since that’s who the account is under. In the middle of my dad talking, the man cut my dad off, handed me back my phone and proceeded to dismiss us and answer the desk phone. Just overall nasty attitude and was treating me like I was dumb because I am younger. Was trying to tell me I didn’t have the status with Hilton and the accommodations that come with that. How this person has a job in customer service is beyond me. Not to mention the fact I drove around 20 minutes prior trying to figure out how to find the valet, where to park, ($42/night BTW), how to get inside. Just an absolute nightmare and disaster. Will be putting on our survey and everywhere else possible. NEVER. AGAIN.

I recently had an outstanding stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. The food and beverage team delivered delicious meals that exceeded all expectations, and the housekeeping staff kept my room spotless and comfortable throughout my visit. Columbus might be too cold for me, but the warmth and friendliness of every employee truly made me feel at home. Additionally, the rooms are very clean and the hotel is conveniently close to everything, especially the North Market, which serves amazing food. Highly recommended for anyone seeking excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere!

The staff was fantastic. Super close to the convention center and Arnold statue. Valet parking was easy. The room was a nice standard issue room. No in room microwave, which can be a bummer if you had plans to reheat your dinner leftovers for a snack. All in all, I would gladly stay there again.

I’m extremely picky when it comes to hotels, so I was pleasantly surprised by this one! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and every single staff member I encountered was exceptionally welcoming. It was New Year’s Eve, and yet they all seemed genuinely happy to be there—if it were me, I would’ve been dreaming about celebrating instead of working!

I truly appreciate how clean and well-maintained the rooms are. For the price, I was impressed by the upscale feel—definitely more “fancy” than I expected. The little details, like the decorative towel arrangements, added a special touch. Overall, this hotel is beautiful, spotless, and provides an outstanding experience. Great job to the entire team!

Room and staff were fantastic - super clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Just be aware there’s a nightclub nearby that kept things pretty loud until around 2:30am, so it might not be ideal for light sleepers.

Excellent facility, very clean and comfortable. The staff are very good and accommodating especially Clifford! They went above and beyond. Definitely recommend and will stay there again. The breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed the convenience of quality restaurants close by.

I paid for a room off of Hotels.com, so I didn't think that I needed to have my physical card checking in.(first time and last time going through this)The reason I didn't have my physical card was because I had lost it a week earlier and it didn't come in that mailed yet. So Upon checking in, the new receptionist lady was very very nice, kind and professional but when she called her Supervisor Laticia to help. Laticia was very rude, arrogant, condescending, rolling her eyes, she lacked empathy, was very dry acting. I felt like she was trying to get an reaction out if me. I asked how can we resolve the issue, I pulled up my digital wallet from my bank, she said we dont accept that. she said your going to have to cancel your reservation. So I waited in the lobby for about 2 and a half hours before the power went out, reserching to see how can I get this resolved because I couldn't cancel may reservation. Laticia kept constantly laughing almost in an antagonising way. But I kept it calm thinking maybe Im reading too much into this. I understand that people have to do their job. I'm never rude to people who work in customer service especially if they are kind and trying to do their job. because I've worked in customer service for many years so I understand what people go through. I ended up getting the issue resolved, my boss helped me because we were there on business. In the process of her interaction with him she was very rude and dry acting to him as well. I never seen him that upset, ever. We come to Columbus for business often, he said he'll never come back neither will I. Laticia needs some sensitivity training or get out of Customer Service period. Karma always circle back around.

We stayed in a suite here overnight for a college football playoff game. It was an easy stay. Everyone from the valet to the front desk staff were nice. The room was clean and warm. (It was very cold that night.) I woulkd return to this hotel for a stay!
