We were warmly welcomed at front desk after a long day of traveling. We had a nice quiet room with a very comfy king bed. Room was very clean and spacious as well was the large bathroom. Hot breakfast in the lobby was one of the best! We will be back next time we visit Cleveland. Thank you front desk staff for your hospitality.

Front desk employee was WONDERFUL. But that was it.

We arrived late (1:30am) after a long travel day and we were excited to get some much needed rest… They started cleaning the neighboring rooms at 8:00am when we were still sleeping so we were woken up by vacuums and housekeeping banging around. This is my first time ever experiencing cleaning start this early at a hotel.

Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. Neighbors conversations, doors closing, people stomping (we were even on the top floor and could hear it). The pillows in the room were so tall that my neck is in pain. AC in the room is probably the best AC I’ve experienced for a hotel.

Breakfast is basic which was expected. So no complaints there.

Thankfully we were only here one night.

Clean and convenient hotel in a quiet area near lots of restaurants and businesses. Interstate exit is close by. Outdoor pool, free parking, and standard Hampton free breakfast. The beds were extra-firm and there were no microwaves in the rooms, but the shower was great. The location of this hotel was really convenient for everything that we wanted to do in the Cleveland area because nothing was more than a 15 minute drive.

Everything was great for my 3-night stay, with one exception. The room was clean and quite functional. The lack of an in-room microwave was a bit disappointing, but not enough to affect my rating. The free daily breakfast was good, except that the eggs were prepared with cheese for 2 of the 3 mornings I was there. As a person with lactose intolerance who loves eggs, that limited my breakfast choices. The big problem with my stay that cost them a 5-star rating was the windows. (See attached photo) It looked like the windows had not been cleaned in YEARS! There was no construction outside, or anything else that would have made the windows this dirty. It was obviously just a lack of cleaning over a long period of time. I still recommend this hotel, especially if you like not looking outside.

Our room was very nice, modern, and clean. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was terrific. Unfortunately, the room above us was occupied by a heavy footed herd of hyperactive elephants. The room next to us was occupied by a mating pair of hyenas. I gave 5 stars because the staff set it right the next morning instantly. All the other clientele seemed perfectly civilized at breakfast. We just got unlucky.

I stayed here 4 years ago during the height of Covid and left four stars, I remember the stay was nice but not quite perfect due to the limited staff and all that.
This time, the stay was incredible! My room was clean, bed was comfy and the AC worked. Erica at the front desk was delightful, the lobby was very clean, cozy and welcoming. Whenever we come to Cleveland, this is going to be the hotel we choose. Thanks for an awesome stay and for upholding the standards expected for the Hilton brand.

My husband and I were in our room 131 on first floor not even 9pm yet. Front desk called saying we were talking to loud. My husband I were in bed having a conversation. Not hollering none of that even said our tv was up loud we had it down really low. Are we not allowed to speak in our rooms. We were having a discussion like any other person and it wasn’t even late it was before. 9 pm. If people can hear us in other rooms having a normal conversation it is a problem . I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I’m a gold member and this is how I’m treated. I am re thinking my involvement with Hilton hotels.

Stayed here while in town visiting family for Christmas. Front desk staff was fabulous. Rooms were impeccably clean. Christmas Day Breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Special shoutout to Carol who went above and beyond to give everyone a fabulous breakfast and was an incredibly sweet person. This will be our go to hotel whenever we are in the area. Thank you!
