This was the third time in three years we have stayed at this hotel for the Great Ohio Toy Show nearby in Xenia. For the first time, the indoor pool was completely unusable. The water was so cold that my daughter's teeth were chattering when she tried to swim. When I spoke to the front desk clerk, he seemed surprised and stated no one had mentioned it to him previously. He also stated the pool is not "heated" and the water temp would likely stay in the 70s. I find it highly unlikely that no other families complained to staff, as the hotel was full of kids in town for softball, baseball and basketball tournaments and none of the families we encountered in the pool area were happy or satisfied. This was the first year the pool was not heated, seemingly at all. The past two years, with MUCH colder March weather outside, the pool was warm and comfortable to use. For us, being able to swim at night is a required amenity, and I will absolutely be price shopping at the other nearby Hilton properties when we return for the fall toy show. It's really too bad, too, because otherwise the hotel is great. The rooms are clean, the free breakfast is well appointed, and it is in a great location. I would rather pay more money to stay at a different hotel than stay here again at a lower price but without one of the main amenities we want in a hotel.

I recommend staying here because the staff (Char at the front desk especially!) are incredibly helpful. We took a trip to the area almost specifically to let my wife (8 mo. pregnant) get some relief in a pool and because my toddler also loves to swim.

Unfortunately they had just completed maintenance on the pool heater that very day so the pool was still ice cold. Char told us that she would call a sister hotel (a 30 second walk) and that we could swim in their pool.

This made our trip 100% worth it and we appreciate her offering a solution we would’ve never considered.

The hotel is average, a bit older but well maintained. The front desk staff did their jobs, nothing special to write about. The room could have been cleaned better as we found a message on the bathroom mirror from someone who previously occupied the room and trash behind the desk can that wasn’t ours. The location was great for what we needed, but being off the freeway there was a lot of road noise in the room, but we travel was a sound machine to drown out noise. The breakfast had limited selection but the food was good compared to others we’ve had.

I have stayed four times at this location for business. Rooms are always clean, everything well taken care of. The evening staff have always been super friendly, including Jamal most recently. The breakfast is on par with what you expect for a free hotel breakfast - nothing too fancy, but warm and good. I even once got locked out because I walked out once without my phone or key, and the night manager recognized me and let me in without trouble after verifying my room. The building is well taken care of, the staff are friendly, the place is clean, and everything is comfy. Exactly what you'd expect.

I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and good night's sleep. As a Gold Hilton member, I received the standard water bottles, though no snack. While the hotel's decor is showing its age, everything functioned well. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited and repetitive, particularly the hot options and tea selection. I plan to explore other Hilton properties in the area on my next visit.

Good location right off of the freeway. There are tons of food and shopping options within 5 minutes. Rooms were nice. My only ding is not having any body wash in the shower. Bars of soap just don’t make me feel clean.

Great rooms, clean, indoor pool with towels down there. Wonderful breakfast. My only wish was that the bathroom had a fan to pull out the moisture from a shower. Other wise wonderful hotel.

We stay in this area a lot. Alternating between the three Hilton owned properties.
The room we had this stay was not great. The bed was very uncomfortable and made noise any time you rolled over. Also dipped in the middle. The sink in the bathroom did not drain well. I don’t recommend this hotel.
