This is our go-to place to stay in Bend. The parking is easy. The location is excellent. Every room we've had has had a good bed and good pillows. Breakfast is tasty and well stocked. Service has always been stellar. Kayla at the front desk is our favorite! She went above and beyond making sure our room was exactly what we wanted.

What. difference the staff can make! I wrote the following 5 star review last summer. However, just checked in for 6 day stay in December. Unlike every other Hampton in country, this hotel now requires pre-payment for entire stay plus a $180 incidental charge that is “refundable.”. What kind of incidentals could one possibly buy at a Hampton Inn? We are diamond members who stay in Hamptons and Hiltons around the world 25-30 nights a year. I was shocked to be treated like dirt.||But 5 months ago, in fairness, this was review…|||We stayed in a junior suite at this Hampton for 6 nights over Christmas. We highly recommend this hotel for many reasons. First, it is conveniently located across the river from the Old Mill District and you can walk across a pretty lighted bridge to Greg's Grill, Anthony's and any number of quality shops. Second, the rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable. Third, the people who worked on the front desk were friendly and charming. Fourth, the breakfast was excellent. There were omelets every day and not the powered eggs that you often get at other hotels. Great stay.

Indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Cozy warm rooms, walking distance from the old Mill shopping district. This is our 3rd or 4th time staying here.Staff is nice. Hotel is clean. You won't be disappointed. There are a lot of skiers staying here for Mt. Bachelor.

I stay at this hotel every other month for work. Locations and service is excellent. My one HUGE gripe are the tvs in the rooms. They have an auto-dimming feature that you cannot turn off. I am a huge basketball fan and have to turn off all the lights to halfway see the tv. If you repeatedly push the arrow buttons on the remote it will brighten up, but only for about 15 seconds. This happens every time I’m here and it’s probably time to stay at a different hotel.

I stayed 2/28/25 as a Hilton Honors Member. I stay a combined 3-4 months each year in hotels and one of the main reasons I choose Hilton, and this is going to seam off but it's part of my routine is for the bottles of water I received as a member. I arrived late Tuesday and used my digital key to access the room bypassing the desk. The next morning as I was leaving I asked if they had some water I could get, just as I have done countless times at other properties with no issues, but this time I was advised that the water was only available upon check in and the delivery of this message
was not kind. For a couple bottles of water I will choose another property just as I did a few days later when I was heading back through on my way home. Moral of the story, know your customers and don't be nasty. Everyone has things that are important to them and these were mine. I'm disappointed if this is the policy of this location but more so for the way in which the policy was delivered.

Yeah, I couldn't ask for more.The front desk is amazing, the service is amazing. I love the jacuzzi, and the pool and the breakfast, i stay here quite often in the winter. There's nothing negative to say about this place.

I would avoid staying here. The thermostats they use are a nightmare. Motion sensors that turn off the AC constantly when you're not standing right in front of it. Restrictive temperature ranges that keep the room very warm. Even when it does sometimes work, the AC and fan cycles on and off every couple of minutes for no reason despite the thermostat saying that the fan should at least be constantly be on. It just really shows a complete lack of regard for their customers that they want to save a buck by decreasing energy use a little bit at the expense of their customers comfort and ability to sleep. Edit... bumping up to 3 stars for great service at breakfast. I still can't stand the room thermostat and air conditioning set up, but otherwise it's a pretty decent hotel.

The only reason I’m sharing this review is because while my stay at the Hampton was great when I was last there the big reason I had stayed at the hotel was for the hot tub. Prime location but for some reason the hot tub was very off putting. There were so many bubbles / foam forming in the hot tub I felt like someone had dropped a bath bomb in there but the worst part was the chlorine balance was completely off and burning my eyes and you could see the dirt and grime in these bubbles. I couldn’t stay in the hot tub for long I was really grossed out. There were a lot of children in the hot tub as well which understandably no one can control but that was the worst part. Other than that it has the cleanest rooms and showers ever and free breakfast it was amazing I just wish someone would fix that hot tub.
