I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would give it a solid four stars! The gated parking lot was a standout feature—my car felt completely secure, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a well-maintained bathroom. The grounds were beautifully kept, and the entire hotel had a clean, welcoming vibe. Everything was in great order, making for a comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Memorial Day weekend and all other popular sites hotels are either too expensive and or all booked.
So we decided to head towards this area.

I read all the reviews and this place does not disappoint.
The location is very convenient, 3 mins off the 99 Fwy, next to large shopping plazas with many restaurants and markets, all walking distance.
The front desk lady was really nice, thoroughly explained all details and what to expect.
The property is very new and our room was huge, exactly as shown online. The beds and sofa are soft and clean.
The restroom is huge too!!
The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of foods, with waffle 🧇 station and everything, pretty standard for Hampton Inns.
Safe and secure 🚗 parking that requires the room key to enter and exit, ultra safe.
The only negative issue was a night right before sleeping, I found two of these crawling on the bedsheet, they did not look like bedbugs but maybe some small 🐜 or bugs.
I showed them to the front desk, they said the same, they do not look like bedbugs and no guest has ever reported bedbugs there. When we woke up in the morning, there were no bites at all.

This is a fairly new hotel. It was very clean and quiet. Our room was comfortable and had a view of the pool and the shopping center nearby. The property is gated, which gave the impression that the area probably wasn’t the best. Nevertheless, we did feel safe on the property. Its proximity to stores and eating establishments was excellent. Staff were decent, not extremely nice but not rude either. The free breakfast was a typical buffet hot breakfast, not cooked to order. The dining area had plenty of tables and was kept clean while we were eating. Although we stayed only one night, we spent a comfortable night and pleasant morning there.

The hotel looked and smelled brand new! Breakfast was decent. Parking lot is gated.

Suggestion for management: train the front desk staff in hospitality. They weren't mean or bad, just not "front desk" ready. Nobody stood up, not once, and the desk is so low it makes a weird dynamic of me having to stretch over the wall to give them my credit card, etc.

I try to make everyone I meet smile or laugh, and while I did succeed here too, the first smile I get from a hotel front desk employee shouldn't be because I initiated it.

Would it stop me from staying again? Not at all!

Stopped by for one night but it was a great stay. It’s very clean from the lobby to the rooms. The bathrooms were very clean and there were no smells in the room. I loved the private parking gate for guests. We didn’t have to worry about anyone breaking into the car at night. The breakfast was a usual included hotel breakfast. Complimentary coffee 24 hours in lobby. I would recommend this hotel.

Room was nice and spacious. Problem was there were two huge busses full of kids touring potential colleges. I get it, they're having a good time, but it sounded like they were playing rugby matches in every adjoining room. After initially saying otherwise, staff said they were able to move us, for which we were very grateful. New room was a bit more cramped but we were quite happy for the peace and quiet. All in all, a decent experience. And the TV welcomed outside devices which many hotels try to prevent, so that was cool.

I do not understand how this hotel has better reviews online. Customer service was terrible, there were two ladies on the desk when we checked in, acting very bored and entitled. I’m a Hilton nurse member, usually get early checking in, late check out, room upgrade, hotel credit. In this case, they didn’t even look and told me that “it’s not available“ - did not even tell me what was not available since they didn’t look. Next morning, I called the different person at the front desk, and he again without looking told me they don’t ever do late check out. The room is small to standard size with two full size beds even though I requested 1 king. Shampoo and conditioner or empty. Located close to the freeway, but in a sketchy area. If Hilton group wants to continue having business, they need to train their staff.

Im giving 3 stars because my room kept making noises at night. Which woke me up twice thinking someone was trying to get in my room. I needed a fork for my dinner and the front desk had a big bag of utensils. She reached in and pulled it out. Looked unsanitary. The room was medium sized which was OK, I did love the front desk service, and I liked there is a gate surrounding the parking lot because this area was ghetto. I'm talking groups of people hanging out down the street at night. Overall decent.
