Perfectly lovely room. Bed was comfortable & everything was very clean. The breakfast was lacking. The eggs & sausage was cold. The coffee was good. The breakfast wasn't that important to me, so really, a non issue. Staff was friendly & price not bad. I would definitely stay here again!

Incredibly bad customer service from the night manager. I couldn’t get into the WiFi at 10 pm so I called the front desk. In essence she would not help me use the WiFi because I couldn’t guess the name of the person in my org that made the reservation. I explained that I was personally paying for the room and had presented my ID and credit card when I checked in. She kept saying “l suggest you call the person who made your reservation” repeatedly. absurdly bureaucratic and uninterested in helping. I paid for a service I’m not getting. Never again at Hampton Inn and Suites.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Good selection for breakfast. Was worth the cost paid. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

When checking out nobody care to help |Out some items where falling out boxes and bags they just stood not asking if u need help watching u struggle there also they don’t charge until last minute when u leave instead of paying right then and the pool is cold and the staff is good sometimes

Very nice hotel, room was exactly as described and met all our expectations. Front desk staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. For us, the hotel was in a great location; close to our highway & close to a number of good restaurants. Our room was clean, quiet and everything in it worked.| Can't say enough about the breakfast - lots of variety and the hot food was regularly checked for temp and quantity. Quality of all the offerings was way above average.

The pool needs some TLC. Pool floor looks dirty and needs some help. Also the water was cold, and the general pool area was not cleaned each day. Saw the same garbage no clean towels in the morning. It's usually the highlight of the trip when we have kids, so it's important. Breakfast was good and they worked hard to keep it stocked with a lot of people eating all at once.

I stay at Hampton Inns almost exclusively. Staff is always friendly, rooms are clean and because I stay so often it always feels familiar. Ardmore Hampton was no different. I’ll stay again!!
