Great experience staying at Hampton Inn and suites in Albany. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel’s environment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay.
During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with my card, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and worked quickly to help resolve the situation. Their prompt assistance made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I’m in Albany. Their excellent service and attention to detail have made me a loyal guest.

I had a disturbing and unacceptable experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Albany, GA on 03/29/2025. Thomas Bond racially profiled me and falsely accused me of leaving a child unattended in my room while I briefly stepped out for less than five minutes. Without any proof, he called my supervisor and blatantly lied, claiming I do this every night—putting my job and reputation at risk. The truth? I hadn’t even been at this hotel since the previous Thursday and had never seen him before.

When I confronted him, he cowardly denied it. Later, when I came back from getting food, he suddenly gave me a free drink—clearly out of fear—because he was still on the phone, lying to cover his tracks. His actions were not just dishonest; they were discriminatory and reckless.

This kind of behavior should NEVER be tolerated, especially in a business that serves the public. If you care about fair treatment and integrity, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Hampton Inn & Suites needs to be held accountable for allowing employees who engage in racial bias and false reporting.

I have stayed here multiple times. Every stay has been consistent with excellent and professional front desk service. All of the staff I encountered from cleaning staff to the associate that takes care of the breakfast service were all friendly and helpful. Property is clean and well taken care of. Im sure the front end staff are all wonderful but Julia and Ebony in particular knows what customer service truly is.

Management are always greeting and friendly especially at breakfast time. The ladies are wonderful. Location is great, everything you need is next door. Rooms were big and clean especially the bathroom. I would book again.

The entrance is hidden well right next to Waffle House and Steak ‘n Shake

My husband and I moved to Albany under very short notice and stayed at this hotel for 5 days while waiting for our rental to be ready. The staff were very friendly the whole time, whether that be the front desk or those helping behind the scenes with rooms, breakfast etc. Our room was very clean. The bed was pretty stiff (in my opinion) but everyone has a preference. I’m recommending my family to stay here when they come visit!

When I called to make the reservation I asked if there was a pool, they said yes, I had to go , 4 hour drive, my boyfriends aunt was in the hospital and he had to go and I knew I was going to have to stay at the hotel that is why I asked about the pool, the pool is disgusting, a cess pool .. I have called cooperate several times because I was so disappointed, no I didn’t tell the front desk what could they do? That pool needs to be drained..

Horrible experience!!! From the time I entered the hotel until leaving! Walked in and from desk agent was less understanding and rude. Then got to the room and had to take a shower to head back out and immediately saw mold in the shower… asked to switch rooms and he never got back with me. Then had to iron my clothes and found a roach in the closet. I recorded it but it won’t upload. Only because I was in town for a funeral did I have to keep my focus and do what I needed to for my family. Came back and slept and was awakened by housekeeping early morning making noise talking and laughing in the hallway. No type of respect for those trying to rest. Opened my door and asked them to keep it down and got laughed at. This was a horrible stay and don’t plan on returning. Will be taking this up with corporate as well!

Rich man's motel 6. Room was not cleaned upon entering. Front service staff looked lackadaisical and perfunctory. Maintenance crew looked like vagabonds. Town is disgusting. Don't come to this hotel or town. Spare your sanity and go to a place that doesn't resemble Chernobyl.
