The Hampton Inn and Suites has an updated interior that gives off a clean, comfortable vibe—definitely newer than many other hotels, and it feels well-maintained. The free breakfast is a nice touch and has: Belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, three kinds of cereal, Chobani yogurt, and boiled eggs, etc. The rooms have individual window units for temperature control, which is a plus. Black out curtains are behind the sheer ones. The space is clean overall and they have disinfectant wipes available by the elevator! The one-seat couch in the room has dingy and worn upholstery (upper mgmt can replace). Service was excellent—Deena was incredibly accommodating when we arrived around midnight for a funeral, making a reservation over the phone so we could easily pick up our key and head straight to our room. This seems like one of the better hotels in Ada.

It'd be three stars if I had to pay. What kind of room doesn't let you close the blackout curtains The track literally ends so you can't move them. The window is so thin, I could hear a conversation outside, and I'm on the THIRD floor. Same with my door. I could hear every other door in my hallway close and rattle mine.

Otherwise, the AC was cold and the shower was good. The bed was hard, but all hotel beds are.

Our experience was not good this time. The worst was housekeeping walking into the room at 9am to see if you have checked out yet- check out isn't until 11am, especially when in shower. And somehow front desk lady was okay with it. She said if you don't have a "don't disturb" they can check room....how is that even okay when it's not check out time?Juat a bad vibe doing that.

I want to start by saying that I stayed here almost 5 years ago on business and enjoyed my stay then. | My family and I were coming into town this past weekend for a wedding so I booked two rooms to accommodate thinking it would be a nice stay. I was wrong. |First off, the desk clerk at night was very courteous upon a late check in so I’ll give them a star for that. Although no diet drinks to speak of in their “suite shop” which was disappointing, but I can get over that. |What I can’t get over was the musty smell of my King Suite, the broken privacy curtain which allowed light to come in at 5:30 am, the gross film on the tile that screamed that it hadn’t been cleaned in some time requiring us to wear sandals so our feet wouldn’t touch the floor, the dead bugs that no one had thought to sweep up, or the live bugs that no one had thought to spray for, and the worst thing is the plethora of pubic hairs left in the bathtub which I have pictures to prove. |I am an avid Hilton Brand customer, diamond status going on 10 years and I have never been this disappointed. This hotel is in major need of maintenance, broken elevator, laundry room out of service. All for around $175 a night. I’ve stayed in way better for way less. |I feel bad for writing this review, because I have never had to, nor should I have to because this is not what I expect to get as a very loyal Hilton Brand customer. Do better.

We had a Handicap room... it was very nice..
Good location... has a lot of food places you can walk to...

I'm giving four stars because I didn't pay for the room. The toilet didn't work properly basically the whole two weeks I was there. I told them and they came and looked at it but said the maintenance man was at another property. I was agreeable. Went home for the weekend came back it still wasn't fixed. Said something again. Finally I just turned the valve on when I needed to flush and off when I didn't. That way it didn't constantly run.

There was no shampoo in the room. When I travel I like to use the Eliptical in the fitness center. There was only 1 and it didn’t work - don’t think it has for a while.
