Please LIKE & SHARE our reviews. Stayed one night. We loved the cleanliness and the staff was amazing. The reason for 4 stars is carpeting. We don't wear shoes in the room and carpet kinda bugs us out a bit. All else was good especially the hot breakfast.
*NOTE: There is not a microwave in the rooms but one is avail in the lobby near the 24 hr coffee station.

Mr. David was an excellent host. He checked us in very promptly and was very well-mannered. The rooms were kept very nicely and the bed was very comfortable. It was a little stuffy in the rooms upon entrance though. The location was great because it was right off the highway but in relation to getting something to eat that wasn't native to our hometown, the options were very slim. We did go to Snazzy's Wings and they were wonderful.

Great location to the interstate. The interactions with the staff were good, everyone was friendly. The room we stayed in was mediocre at best. There was an odor i couldn’t put my finger on. The bathtub had the fixtures falling apart and there appeared to be mold in the caulking. The breakfast was decent. Cheap place to stay for a night while traveling. Probably wont be staying there again.

The location is fantastic, due to it being right off of I-95. However if you can go to any other hotel off this exit I would advise to do so. During my recent stay, December 13-14, 2024 upon arrival I found blood on the shower curtain. We informed the front desk and were directed to the general manager of the hotel. I emailed the general manager right after speaking to the woman at the front desk, due to her not being on site at the time of my gross discovery. I emailed the GM and still have not received a email or a call back either. I’m am absolutely appalled considering me and my family LOVE Hilton hotels but this is disgusting and deserves to be recognized.

For an off highway hotel it was pretty much as expected. Clean, quiet and the technology worked as expected.||A few things to note; the floors creaked when I or others in the rooms around me walked around the room. Honestly can't think of another hotel where I've heard this. The mattress was pretty worn out. I tried both sides and neither was better than the other. Lastly, the exits and road in front of the hotel had lots of traffic, pretty much all the time. Apparently folks are moving to this area from Savannah.

Sadly, this hotel cannot be recommended due to serious maintenance issues and deliberate fire safety issues. We checked in knowing that the elevator was out of service- they called us the day of arrival to inform us. Upon arrival, we found all the fire door wedged open with cleaning rags from the hotel staff (not possibly due to guest action). I removed the door props and went to the front desk to tell the staff member that is is illegal and very unsafe for sleeping guest upstairs in the event of a fire. He admitted that the staff did this and he didn't know it illegal despite the signs next to each fire door. I told him zid be quite upset if I found these door propped open in the morning. We'll sure enough, they were once again propped open. When I chatted with the morning desk crew about the fire door AGAIN, the worker said she didn't know what a fire door was, and did know the doors were for fire protection. Also, the light emergency exit sign leafs you to an elevator that should never be used in a fire. Ugh!
The the laundry room was also out of service. And the whole place had an overwhelming fragrance smell from cleaning products - reminded me of a nursing home smell.

This location is not safe in my opinion We plan to stay elsewhere next trip.

Is there no oversight with regard to hotels that use the "Hampton Inn" name? Typically we sought out Hampton Inns for their extreme cleanliness, modern amenities, and excellent service. If that's important to you don't stay here! The entire hotel had a shabby run down look about it. Additionally, the sofa in our room was stained and actually had holes in it. I only wish I could post pictures here. The staff was completely indifferent to us.
