We stayed here before and it was fine. Our most recent one night stay, however, was disappointing. While the staff was all very nice, the facility is showing its age and needs attention: |-- There was no hand soap at the sink in our room; it was clear the dispenser for the liquid soap had broken off of the wall and needed to be replaced. Not only did that look bad, there was no bar soap available instead, so I had to go downstairs and get some from the front desk.|-- the toilet paper holder was broken.|-- the outlets for phone charging on the nightstand, and the one at the bathroom sink for the hair dryer, were too big/loose, so the power cords wouldn't stay in the outlets.|-- All of the tissues came out of the box dry, but wrinkled; when I took the box out of its holder, I saw that it had clearly gotten wet previously -- maybe in a storeroom? No matter how it got wet (by clean or dirty water!) it should have been thrown away instead of used in a hotel room. |-- Apparently the management company tries to charge $5.00 for parking even though the website clearly says it is free. The kind woman at the desk removed the charge at our request, but it should never have been applied in the first place. I will check our credit card bill to make sure we were not charged; sounds like a scam to me. |-- This Hampton Inn has damaged the reputation of the chain in our view. There are other options in that location along I-95, and we will choose another hotel next time.

The staff was great, but the room left a lot to be desired. The refrigerator didn't work (freezer had ice on it and was cold, but we left a water bottle in it and it never chilled). The phone didn't work, and we had a late checkout and house keeping knocked on door an hour before checkout with a do not disturb sign up. It was clean, but pillows were very soft. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating. If the room was as advertised I would have rated higher.

I stayed here for 4 nights while on a Diamond Tours bus trip visiting Savannah, which was already selected by the tour company. |Upon walking down the hallway to my room, I could see old, dated, threadbare carpet. There was mold/mildew around the grab bar in the bathtub. |The next evening when returning to my room, I found my room had not been touched. Dirty towels laying on floor, trash cans still filled, bed not made. Upon questioning our tour guide, she said we had to request clean up each day. That is ridiculous. So I went to the front desk, which the lady did not have on a visible name tag and was unfriendly and did not smile. For the next 2 nights they did what was expected but on the last evening when entering my room, I had fresh towels, old ones removed and trash removed but bed unmade. Totally unacceptable to me. |I will say that the breakfast area was clean, neat and well stocked. It was open on time at 6am being I come down as soon as the time shows as it should be open. The hot food selections were good and plentiful. |I would not recommend staying here until renovations are done and management brings it back up to Hilton standards.

This hotel was a convenient stop during our drive up the coast, and we’ve always had good experiences with Hampton Inns in the past. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, which made a positive first impression. I trusted that the Hampton Inn would meet the same high standards of cleanliness and quality we’ve come to expect from the brand. While the hotel appeared clean at first glance, unfortunately, we discovered that we were not alone in our room—a roach made itself at home with us. After a long day of driving, we were too exhausted to contact the front desk or request a room change, so we decided to rest and leave early. It’s disappointing to see that this property seems to be falling short of the brand’s usual standards. Hopefully, they can address these issues moving forward.

Hotel was dirty. Stayed 2 nights with my kid for a school trip and it was the worst. I sprayed everything with Lysol and brought my own linens. Ended up sick with the flu 24 hrs after our stay. Also found random pieces of dog food in our room. Should have known when we pulled up and every light in the word Hampton was burned out except the H. Also I booked and payed for an upgraded room with 1 king bed only to arrive to a regular 2 double bed room. It’s not about the beds it’s about the money I wasted on an upgrade. Website said they had roll away beds and self serve laundry but both were a lie. Extremely disappointed and upset with the way this hotel prepared for 100 kids to stay there. This is my first Google review and I’m only ranting to warn others.

I could not wait to check out! From walking in the door, I was met with rudeness by the clerk at the desk. Her attitude does not belong in a "Hospitality or Customer Service" industry!! The entire place needs a complete renovation. The TV is just basic, and the furnishings look like they have been there for 30 years. Horrible representation of the Hilton Brand!! Also, it is not great for business travelers, because they are too cheap to make a small investment in a business center for the business travelers Looking forward to reaching out to Mr. Christopher J. Nassetta, the CEO of Hilton. He desperately needs to review franchise agreements!!

Room was not very clean. Found M&Ms on floor under curtains. No drain plug in the sink. ||The tub had nothing on the bottom to keep you from slipping when in the shower. Had to hold onto the hand rail to keep from falling. ||Plus they charge for parking! Very disappointing! Should have left but would have lost our money.

We booked last minute for one night on our way to Florida. Got a really good price. When I checked in, I asked for a room close to an entrance and right away the lady gave us a room right off the back entrance. The room was great, comfortable bed. Breakfast had lots of choices and was very good. Definitely will stay again on our way through the Savannah area.
