This is a terrific hotel in Queen Creek, AZ! All staff members were helpful, friendly and outgoing. The rooms were clean and quiet. It's a small thing, but the toiletry products were 'cleaner' (no sulfates, etc , non animal-tested) than most hotels, which is important to me. This is. It my first stay here, and I will definitely be back!

The hotel is conveniently located next to a lot of restaurants and stores. The construction was cheaply done and you can hear people’s conversations as if they are in your room. The AC unit is also loud. I do like the decor (lots of horse pictures) and it’s nice that breakfast is included.

Setup a block rate for ~20 rooms for wedding nearby. Set this up in May 2024 and accepted the proposal. The online portal does not give the block rate code to use, the sales desk has not answered a phone call for 2+ months or returned a voicemail and front desk says they have no access to any information regarding block rates.

Time to use to a different hotel since this one is not capable of providing any customer service or communication. Would not recommend this hotel.

Amazing service! Dylan especially put in the most effort for accommodating my grandma who had a walker. I’ve never seen so much kindness from a hotel before! 10/10 recommend staying at the Hampton inn queen creek, not to mention its beautiful!

The Hampton inn at queen creek AZ is our go to hotel when visiting family. They have clean rooms and great amenities (gym, pool, and free breakfast). Kaci at the front desk was super friendly and made us feel welcomed during our stay. We plan to stay here anytime we’re in the area.

The rooms are clean. Check-in was quick and efficient. There was some train noise that woke me in the night. The only thing I'd change is the exterior lighting on the building and in the parking lot. It is too bright. See my pic taken at 2am from my room. This might be a plus for some for security.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. After a 6-hour drive for a funeral, our room was only equipped for two people, despite us being a family of four. I called the front desk for extra towels and pillows, but no one answered. When I went down at 8:30 PM on a busy Saturday, the front desk was empty, and I found one staff member who was unhelpful and rude. She claimed they were fully booked and had no pillows, and when I asked for a manager, I was told she was off duty.

The staff member even threatened to call the cops on me when I expressed my frustration. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty with hair all over the sink, and I saw multiple reviews about bed bugs. The breakfast is NOT GOOD. I paid over $250/night for this awful experience and do not recommend this hotel. I’m baffled by the positive reviews.

My husband & I have stayed here every month for about a week since May. The cleaning crew is top notch always going way above and beyond. Always willing to lend a helping hand as well. Everyone always greets us and we feel very welcome to return again and again. Even our doggies so thank you!!!
